Currently, we are looking for candidates with the following position requirements:

 

Project Mechanical Engineer (senior)

Experience in project development and construction fasilitas Coal Handling (Hopper, Feeder, Crusher, Conveyor, Stacker/car tripper, Silo bin, Reclaimer, Overland Conveyor, Bargeloading Conveyor, Shiploader, etc)

Responsible:

  • Assess project requirements
  • Measure the performance of mechanical components, devices and machines
  • Agree on budgets, time frames and specifications with clients and managers
  • Maintain and modify equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient
  • Use computer-aided design / modeling software
  • Connect with suppliers
  • Do relevant research
  • Produces and implements test designs and procedures
  • Present designs to managers and clients
  • Test, evaluate, modify and retest the product
  • Writing reports and documentation
  • Provide technical advice
  • Analyze and interpret data

Requirements:

  • Degree in mechanical engineering
  • Min 10 - 15 years of experience in the same position

Project Manager

Has experience in jetty construction and also coal processing facilities (crushing, sizing , conveying , stacking) etc

Job Location  : Site

REQUIREMENTS :

Working Experience  : 10 - 15 Years in Project

Education  : Civil or Engineering

Other Qualifiation :

  • Having experiences as Construction Manager at least 10 years, less years of experiences could be considered for candidate with solid experience in Jetty Construction.
  • Having strong leadership and willingness to work at site for a fast track project schedule.
  • Having excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Having good English for reading, writing and speaking.

DETAILED MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Responsible for all construction activities at the site.
  • Manage the construction works including the planning, coordination, supervision and execution to accomplish the project objectives of safety and quality efficiently and timely.
  • Managing interface with Engineering and Procurement/ Subcontracting.
  • Provide input to Engineering for constructability issues/ clashes.
  • Provide scope of work for works to be subcontracted and evaluate the technical part of construction.
  • Manage and execute the construction works to follow the agreed scopes, sequences, schedule and quality.
  • Manage the resource (material, equipment and manpower) in efficient manner.
  • Supervise all the functions under his organization effectively.
  • Working collaborative with other site functions effectively to meet project objectives.

 

Superintendent / Supervisor Opr Coal Process Plant

Job Location  : Site

REQUIREMENTS :

Working Experience  : 10 - 15 Years in Project

Education  : Civil or Engineering

Duties and Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensures the health and safety of all employees and workers that are in the CHP Supervisor's areas of responsibility.
  • Must possess expert knowledge of his/her areas including safe work practices, LOTO (lock out tag out) procedures, quality requirements and performance metrics.
  • Assesses the worksite, identifying all hazards, including environmental; communicates hazards and/or controls to employees in a timely manner; reports and investigates all incidents in area of responsibility, identifying their cause(s) and recommending corrective action(s) to prevent re-occurrence.
  • Facilitates and ensures all employees and/or workers at the worksite are trained to perform their duties safely and in compliance with all legislation, code and company policies and procedures.
  • Prepares and completes appropriate documents (i.e. coal yard journal, confined space entry, hot work permits, stockpile management forms, absent forms, time sheets, maintenance work orders, trial complete forms, shift production and equipment reports) in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Ensures proper coal placement in live piles and proper blends to power plant.
  • Conducts pre and post shift activities (approximately one and one half hours).
  • Regularly coordinates CHP activities with other departments to maximize site-wide production and efficiency.
  • Maintains required certificates for position: Basic First Aid, AMSA
  • Other related duties as required

Qualifications

  • Related experience Coal Handling background
  • Appropriate understanding of how related teams coordinate their efforts and resources to achieve objectives.
  • Understand and apply the policies, procedures and the collective bargaining agreement
  • Basic Coal Handling Plant knowledge.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications.

 

Superintendent Opr Barge Loading Conveyor

Job Location  : Site

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist project manager to complete the project prophase preparation, including the review of design, material preparation, chaired the meeting of Rig remove
  • Guidance and supervision of offshore construction project, to assist the project manager and technical problems encountered in the owner's project construction for communication, negotiation; at sea during the period of construction project management;
  • Requirements :
  • Years of work: over 20 years of experience in the management, construction and operation of Marine engineering projects (among them, over 15 years of installation and transportation of offshore structures;
  • Experience in Marine pipe, vertical pipe and expansion bend installation, more than 10 years of employment background and at least 10 large Marine engineering projects.

Work experience:

  • have various types of Marine engineering structures, subsea pipeline construction experience, and engineering design and construction standards and specifications
  • grasp the international forefront of ocean engineering design, construction and construction management experience;
  • familiar with offshore operation specification and process;
  • ability: have offshore installation platform, subsea pipeline construction experience, familiar with offshore construction process and construction preparation,

 

Project Senior Electrical

Job Location  : Site

Role Responsibility

  • Ensuring all mandatory and statutory paperwork is present and compliant
  • Managing contractors effectively to ensure planned maintenance is completed and recorded correctly
  • Assisting the General Services Manager in preparation and delivery of the maintenance plan and annual maintenance plan
  • The day to day management of all maintenance activities within the engineering team
  • Supervision, planning and distribution of the electrical workload and projects for the respective Site Engineer, ensuring that work is completed to schedule, all the systems and the compliance documentation are updated accordingly as per industry standards
  • Ensuring efficient use of human & other resources to ensure value for money
  • Carry out diagnostic work
  • Control and Supervision of all Specialist Sub Contractors on site
  • Allocation of work for both planned and reactive maintenance
  • Ensure all relevant records are kept up to date
  • Ensure good communication channel with the management team
  • To advise the General Services Manager on the effectiveness of PPM - additions, deletions or alterations etc.
  • To assist the Management Team with ordering of day to day replacement stock items and ordering of specialist materials.
  • Management of workshop operation and activities for the mechanical and electrical craftsmen
  • Monitoring contractual response and rectification times to ensure compliance and avoidance of service failure and penalties.
  • Ability to effect fault diagnosis on plant and equipment of a more complex nature
  • Be abreast of and adaptable to the introduction of new technology
  • Attend training courses as required
  • Responsibility for ensuring compliance with all relevant Health & Safety Legislation and site-specific Health, Safety and welfare policies
  • Develop good working relationships with staff at all levels
  • Maintain high level standards for building fabric by conducting weekly checks, proactive and reactive maintenance.
  • Use of IT systems to provide / monitor data within the Maximo and other management reporting systems
  • Delivery of service specific on the job training for employees within a working group
  • Ability to affect a hands-on approach when required
  • Promote co-operation and versatility among departments
  • Ability to promote effective team working.

Requirement

  • Preferably 10 years (5 years minimum) experience in the similar or equivalent operations including electrical projects
  • IT literate
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation and COSHH.
