Currently our company is seeking suitable candidates as a:

PROCESS MANAGER (CODE: MCG - PROCESS)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the processing department and be accountable for the related operations of crushing-leach pad operations, ADR plant, metallurgical technical services and laboratory.
• As key member of the site leadership team you will be expected to be a visible leader, setting high safety and environmental standards across the site.
• Ensure that overall production and cost objectives are met while respecting our environmental, health and safety commitments|
• Lead a focus on aligning the department into a business improvement driven team.
• Manage and develop the national workforce to ensure alignment to company values and targets whilst striving to develop a high-performance team.
• Work closely with ail mine services, including mining operations, mining engineering and mining geology.
• Managing all department capital and operational cost budgets and forecasts.
• Responsible for annual planning of heap leach pad development, operations and production
• Set and implement clear accountabilities for direct reports, effective performance management and development
• Ensure ail heap teach pad and dam safety and operational reviews are undertaken.

Requirements:

• A dynamic and motivated leader looking to support a team in achieving ongoing improvements.
• A person who values accountability, collaboration and has a strong technical foundation.
• A minimum of 10 years in mining operations with previous experience in heap leach Operations.
• Ability to identify value addition and cost reduction opportunities
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
