Drilling Engineering Team Lead
Job Purpose:
Lead drilling engineering team in delivering of drilling design, planning and programming activities including cost estimation and cost control making sure that safety and reliability are absolute priorities and adhering to Company's HSE standard & policy, quality requirements, industry practices and Government regulations
Main Responsibility:
- Supervise the well engineering activities throughout the entire well design and construction process . Ensure final well design as per well objectives and is engineered in accordance with the applicable HSE standard & policy, D&C requirements and Gov regulations.
- Supervise Drilling Engineers to develop detailed drilling programs and procedures (Plan of Actions, POAs) for safe and efficient operations
- Supervise all the necessary inputs required for the well operations permit are delivered within the set deadlines for the project
- Lead the preparation of the Technical Specifications for Drilling equipment, materials and services for supporting the procurement process, review the bid package and be part of selection process.
- Supervise Drilling Engineers in peer reviews, peer assists, risk assessments and hazard analysis, ensure all relevant lessons learned from previous projects have been reviewed and necessary actions / plans have been utilized and implement in the well design activities.
- Responsible for the preparation and estimating the Well KPI's and develop rig operational KPI's for the project.
- Act as the drilling engineering focal point for all operations at the well site and ensure all engineering support required for the safe, compliant and effective operations is provided by the engineering team while complying with the drilling program, policy & procedures, Gov and regulations and best industry practices.
- Review request of Management of Changes in the well construction related to drilling planning and operations. Identify and handle dispensations and non-conformances if and when necessary, following D&C process and procedures.
- Act as the Engineering Leader, as required, as per the Company's Emergency Response Plan.
- Follow personal safety as per HSE procedures in day-to-day activities
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, others, Preferably Master Degrees in Engineering
- Minimum 16 year relevant experience including 5 year experience to supervise/manage drilling engineering team
- Familiar with project execution and value assurance tools.
- Strong Knowledge of Upstream and asset performance management processes.
- Having valid IWCF Well Control Level 4 certificate.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication skills, strong team player, open and transparent communicator across diverse multidiscipline teams.
Sr. Well Engineering
Job Purpose:
Perform detailed design, planning and programming of drilling and completion activities focusing on design and use of right technology, making sure that safety and reliability are absolute priorities and adhering to Company's HSE standard & policy, quality requirements, industry practices and Government regulations.
Main Responsibility:
- Review options of the well design and construction process by Well Engineer and recommend he best option according to well objectives and is engineered in accordance with HSE requirements and D&C Requirements.
- Develop detailed drilling program, and detailed procedures (Plan of Actions, POAs) for safe and efficient operations while maintaining expenditures within planned budget and schedule including Plug & Abandon program, Well Containment Plan, Blow Out Contingency Plan and Relief Well Plan and conduct final review of the well drilling program. Assist the final review of HSE and logistic documentation (e.g. Emergency Response Plan, Oil Spill Response Plan, HSE Bridging Document, MEDIVAC Plan, Logistics Plan, HAZID, HAZOP, Bow Tie etc.).
- Coordinate the Drill well on paper exercise (DWOP) and Pre-Spud meetings with assistance from Drilling Superintendent.
- Develop final equipment and tools mobilization plan, preparation and conduct frequent reviews of the detailed well Master Equipment List (MEL) for all the phases/sections of the well. Assist logistics team in ensuring that all the equipment required for the project are covered in the materials logistics plan.
- Keep track of and follow-up of the agreed actions in the Well Risk Register, and hold review of the risks register for each phases/sections as part of finalizing the operational procedures.
- Review the Daily Drilling Report, ensuring it is detailed and accurate prior to wider distribution focusing on performance on the rig, and suggest for improvement actions for the performance improvement. Review the Daily Lookahead and assist in planning ahead for the logistical requirements. and final preparations of all Plan of Actions (Work Instructions) prior to execution.
- Develop Report on the Close out Well accurately and capture lessons learned
- Follow personal safety as per HSE procedures in day-to-day activities

- 10 year relevant experience in drilling engineering
- Having valid IWCF Well Control Level 4 certificate.

Jr. Well Engineering
Job Purpose:
Perform basic drilling & engineering calculation, analysis, cost estimation & cost control applying approved methodology and techniques as input to Drilling & Completion design, planning and programing.
Main Responsibility:
- Deliver detailed calculation and recommendation as the Basis of well and casing design, time, cost estimates, AFEs and drilling programs (casing and drill string designs, mud and cement programs, bit/BHA programs, coordination and incorporating well evaluation programs, well control procedures, contingency plans, well barriers, etc.)
- Assist the Sr. Drilling Engineer in preparing for Plug & Abandon program, Well Containment Plan, Blow Out Contingency Plan and Relief Well Plan
- Participate in Drill well on paper exercise (DWOP) and Pre-Spud meetings to support Sr. Drilling Engineer
- Evaluate, analyze and recommend equipment and tools mobilization plan and review all required equipment in the materials logistics plan.
- Analyze performance on the rig, and suggest for improvement actions for the performance improvement. Analyze Daily Lookahead for planning ahead for the logistical requirements
- Follow personal safety as per HSE procedures in day-to-day activities.

Drilling Completion and Well Testing Team Lead
Job Purpose:
Lead the completion and well testing project to deliver planning, designing and programming of Company’s completion and well testing activities, including cost estimation and cost control ensuring well safety and the use of right technology for well productivity and longevity adhering to Company’s HSE standard & policy, quality requirements and government regulations.
Main Responsibility:
- Design completion and well testing program based on consideration of well integrity, completion and testing decision for drilled and or producing well inputted by Exploration/Subsurface/Production.
- Coordinate with Subsurface or Exploration in defining the suitable well completion & testing design, operational sequence and cost effectiveness supported by accurate cost breakdown estimates for the wells.
- Carry out proper evaluations, studies and reports on any aspects of well completion, testing and service design and operations, with recommendations of new techniques required. To follow up and determine solutions when engineering problems occur during the well completion, testing & service.
- Ensure that completion and well testing activities are carried out by rig contractors and service companies meet safety, contractual terms, budgeted costs and are conducted in accordance with good engineering practice.
- Coordinate with SCM contract performance management and logistics required for Completion, well testing & well service.
- Follow personal safety as per HSE procedures in day-to-day activities
Requirement:
- Minimum 16 years relevant experience including 5 year’s experience to supervise/manage drilling operations.
- Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering.

Sr. Well Completion Engineering
Job Purpose:
Perform detailed work to design and monitor the installation of well completions and helps devise methods to improve oil and gas well production using cost estimation and cost control ensuring well safety and the use of right technology for well productivity and longevity adhering to Company's HSE standard & policy, quality requirements.
Main Responsibility:
- Design the initial well completion including complex/multilaterals, evaluate and recommend solutions to well design problems, adjust well design, equipment and settings according to early.
- Ensure the completion and well testing process is conducted safely, compliantly and efficiently within the expected time and budget. Prepare cost estimates and risk assessments for Completion & Well Testing
- Monitor physical aspects of the completions plan, keeping an eye on mud logs and other well log, actual result compared with modeling, examine test results, then design and apply sand control applications such as gravel packing or consolidation, well bore clean ups.
- Monitor practical safety aspects and manufacturers use guidelines supplied with equipment, Set up and early monitor flow control and other sensory equipment.
- Follow personal safety as per HSE procedures in day-to-day activities

Jr. Well Completion Engineering
Job Purpose:
Perform basic design and monitor the installation of well completions, analysis, cost estimation & cost control applying approved methodology and techniques as input to Well Completion design planning and programing.
Main Responsibility:
- Prepare detailed calculation and recommendation to be reviewed by senior team member as the basis of well completion design, time, cost estimates, AFEs and completion programs.
- Support Completion Team in preparing completion program and well testing.
- Support completion team by reviewing, evaluating, analyzing and providing recommendation regarding to required equipment and tools mobilization plan in the materials logistics plan.
- Analyze daily Lookahead for planning ahead on the logistical requirements.
- Participate in monitor physical aspect in the operations phase.
- Provide basic analysis of the completion and well testing phase, and suggest for improvement actions for the performance improvement.
- Follow personal safety as per HSE procedures in day-to-day activities
Requirement:
