Hauling Road Maintenance Team Leader

Kalimantan Selatan

Job Description

• Coordinating all Hauling Road Maintenance activities
• Supervise Hauling Road Maintenance and ensure everything is in accordance with the applicable standard operating procedures
• Inspect and analyze road / bridge conditions to determine maintenance / repair actions
• Supervise of in-house and contractor activities in carrying out in road maintenance
• Prepare and collect supporting data and as a basis for work planning
• Make daily, weekly and monthly work schedules and plans
• Perform analysis, estimation and strategy in carrying out maintenance work, repair and construction of roads / bridges

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field
• Have knowledge related to Hauling Road Maintenance
• Have POP Certification
• Good communication skills
• Excellent leadership, discipline, and good teamwork
• Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan
