PT Batutua Tembaga Raya and PT Batutua Kharisma Permai are subsidiaries of Merdeka Copper Gold Group operating The Wetar Copper Mine in Southwest Maluku. Commercial production of Wetar Copper started in 2010, consists of open pit mine, associated heap leach operation and solvent extraction-electrowinning (SX-EW) plant which produces copper metal.

Currently we are Looking for high qualified and motivated candidates to be part of our super team for the position :

Maintenance Trainer

The role of the Maintenance Trainer is to responsible carrying out in training program, coaching and assessment to all junior maintenance employees. This role will support both Mechanical and Electrical on all aspect of Maintenance activities and repair of equipment in accordance with requirements, HSE standards and procedures.
For this challenging position, we are looking a colleague with:

• Minimum High School diploma with 5 years of experience as Maintenance Trainer or competency assessor
• Demonstrate knowledge to maintain caterpiilar heavy equipment
• Demonstrate knowledge to maintain fixed plant equipment such as Pump, Conveyor, Hydraulic System & Crushing
• Knowledge in training strategies and methodologies
• Knowledge in leaning management systems
• Knowledge in competency assessment
• High proficiency in using Ms. Office & Suite
• Capable of operating in a fast paced and dynamic working environment with the ability to multi-task priorities
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Excellent interpersonal! skills, initiative, process and result oriented
• Willing to work on Wetar site with roster 4:2 (week)
