Supervisor Crushing & Stacking

PT Batutua Tembaga Raya and PT Batutua Kharisma Permai are subsidiaries of Merdeka Copper Gold Group operating The Wetar Copper Mine in Southwest Maluku. Commercial production of Wetar Copper started in 2010, consists of open pit mine, associated heap leach operation and solvent extraction-electrowinning (SX-EW) plant which produces copper metal.

Currently we are Looking for high qualified and motivated candidates to be part of our super team for the position :

Supervisor Crushing & Stacking

The role of the Supervisor Crushing & Stacking is to assist the Superintendent in maintaining operational integrity of all crushing, stacking and Heap leach construction operations to achieve legal, safety, environmental and production targets. Providing a directing safe and productive work environment through effective ownership, leadership and guidance within the LPO crushing and heap leach construction group. The Supervisor needs to be fully aware of all activities within crushing and heap leach pad construction, operational requirements may require additional task with other departments or in different sections as directed by the Manager. Maintain a continuous improvement culture with respect to Processing LPO practices and HSE standards.

For this challenging position, we are looking a colleague with:

• Minimum education is senior high school or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years experiences as the same role and familiar with Mining & Plant operational
• Possesses POP certificate would be preferable
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivated, and enthused multi-disciplinary teams
• Good computer skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English and Bahasa)
• Good planning & organizing skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, process and result oriented
• Has Indonesian driver license and capable to drive light vehicles
• Willing to follow all company regulations.
• Willing to work with roster system 4:2 (week)
