PLANNER - FIXED PLANT MAINTENANCE

PT Batutua Tembaga Raya and PT Batutua Kharisma Permai are subsidiaries of Merdeka Copper Gold Group operating The Wetar Copper Mine in Southwest Maluku. Commercial production of Wetar Copper started in 2010, consists of open pit mine, associated heap leach operation and solvent extraction-electrowinning (SX-EW) plant which produces copper metal.

Currently we are Looking for high qualified and motivated candidates to be part of our super team for the position :

PLANNER - FIXED PLANT MAINTENANCE

The role of the Planner - Fixed Plant Maintenance is to responsible for Planning, Scheduling, and ordering parts, ensure all of mechanical fixed plant activities at Wetar copper project is running well. Enhance planning processes to improve service quality, data accuracy and workplace safety. Work collaboratively with supplying vendors to ensure materials delivery time frames. Maintain a continuous improvement culture with respect to maintenance practices and HSE standards.

For this challenging position, we are looking a colleague with:

1. Associate or Bachelor's degree, majoring in Mechanical Engineering or related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as the same role
3. Previous mining experience within a fixed plant environment would be highly regarded
4. Experience in maintaining strategies, developing, coordinating, and maintaining fixed plant equipment
5. Experience with Pronto, Microsoft Office Suite or similar maintenance packages
6. Capable of operating in a fast paced and dynamic working environment with the ability to
7. multi-task priorities
8. Strong communication skills in English both oral and written
9. Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, process and result oriented
