Currently our company is seeking suitable candidates as an:

HR Business Partner (Code: HRBP - Mandarin)

Responsibilities:

• Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
• identifying new roles and/or existing job openings that must be filled to enable the business to meet its goals.
• Leading the hiring process for high-priority roles, from writing the job description to screening and interviewing candidates.
• Developing, defining and implementing short and long term manpower plans for the business.
• Carrying out administrative duties related to obtaining administrative and legal documents for expatriates (visas, work permits) and maintains good working relations with the various local administrative bodies.

Requirements:

• At least have 5 years working experience as HR Business Partner or Recruitment.
• Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
