Our subsidiaries in Manado - North Sulawesi, PT. Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site - are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation :

MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR (CODE : MS-IV/21)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

Duties :

• Coordinate the daily work and shutdown work of the crusher mechanical crew to achieve high compliance to the weekly plan, and to the shutdown plans;
• Work with Maintenance Engineering Section to identify and resolve maintenance problems, especially those which affect job safety and equipment availability;
• Coordinate with the Document Controller, Planning, to ensure that all mill area manuals and drawings are kept up to date, and that any deficiencies are corrected.

Requirements :

1. Graduated from Engineer degree with extensive practical supervisory experience in the mining industry or related industry or trades background with extensive practical experience in the mining and ongoing training;
2. Have experience with Gyratory Crushers, SAG and Ball Mills;
3. Have skill in conveyor belt repair and maintenance;
4. Practical supervision of maintenance teams in a process plant environment of at least 2 years;
5. Previous process Plant commissioning and post commissioning experience in an isolated or difficult geographical location;
6. Consistent under pressure;
7. Holding Indonesian drivers license;
8. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
