Responsibility :
- Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.
- Daily inspection unit
- Minor and major Repair unit
- Planning & Scheduling Preventive Maintenance
- Trouble Shoot, adjusting, testing & Early detection problem
- Reporting daily activity to Plant Foreman
- Able to recondition (Engine, transmission)
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company

Mechanic Trainer (Code : MCT)
Assignment: Meulaboh - Aceh
Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.
- Develop training method for mechanic personnel regarding maintenance & repair All operational unit (Digger, Hauler and Unit Support).
- Responsible to Prepare Assessment tools and execute the assessment program for mechanic personnel.
- Responsible to make Training Need Analysis and Training Need Development for Mechanics Personnel.
- Develop training module in line with the condition in each project.
- Responsible to teach technical training: Preventive Maintenance, Component Overhaul, Trouble Shooting, Auto Electrical and Remove & Install and etc.
- Responsible to evaluate competency for each Mechanic Personnel and report the result to Plant Dept Head & HR Department for the next step.
- Monitoring the implementation of standard operational procedure in every activity in Plant area.
- Alongside with HR Department to handle Recruitment Process for Mechanic

Human Resources Officer (Code : HRO)
Assignment: Aceh & Sumatera Selatan
Job Responsibilities :
- Have an understanding of occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and can apply it at the workplace.
- Maintain employee data into the HR information system database to ensure all employee data are valid and up to date.
- Responsible to prevailing company and government laws and regulations (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan).
- Conduct recruitment & selection administrative activities for local employees in accordance with the company's needs and policies to support the company's operations.
- Conduct administrative HR duties such as liaising with healthcare facilities for sick employees, issuing reference letters, as well as to prepare workforce permits and other obligations regarding human resources by liaising with the local Department of Labor.
- Conduct Payroll Activities (Calculate Salary, Overtime, Tax and other allowances)
- Coordinating industrial relations tasks, including establishing good relations with (Muspida, Disnakertrans, Adat leaders & etc).
- Coordinate and arrange business travel such as ticketing, accommodation and transportation and to ensure they are well arranged and on time.
- Coordinate and managing physical facilities on the project, including management of mess/ office/ canteen & clean water facilities and so forth

Job Responsibilities :
- Have an understanding of occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and can apply it at the workplace.
- Compile work plan, review hazard identification in work locations and make work programs related to safety campaign.
- Conduct inspections of each Section/ Department to ensure the K3LH is carried out.
- Ensure K3LH coordination between departments goes according to the company target.
- Ensure K3 Completion comply with government regulation.
- Alongside with HR Department to conduct Safety training program.
- Responsible to monitor stock safety equipment (APD)
- Control the quality of surface water that enter B3 settling ponds and waste at regular polling stations.
- Monitoring the implementation of standard operational procedure in every activity in Company area.
- Prepared Safety & Environment performance report periodically.

Production Foreman (Code : PRF)
Assignment: Meulaboh - Aceh
Job Responsibilities :
- Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.
- Responsible to supervise all mining activities and maintain the cleanliness work environment also make sure all mining operation according to plan design made by engineering to achieve work target.
- Supervise the optimization of heavy equipment in the working area, including the number and type of heavy equipment needed.
- Supervise the optimization of personnel needed.
- Responsible to controlling the schedule of fuel filling for heavy equipment.
- Estimating the number of piles material and determines the action that need for the material.
- Responsible to reporting of heavy equipment that needed repairs and spare part replacement
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company.

- Prepare production performance report periodically.

Mine Engineering Officer (Code :ENG)

Job Responsibilities :
- Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.
- Directing and coordinating the making of short term mining designs and long terms plans based on the correct sequence to ensure that mining production achieve the target.
- Responsible to monitoring and manage for monthly, quarterly and annual plans, including one treatment forecast.
- Prepare operational overview from mine planning (Production plans & estimation of tool requirement to ensure the effectiveness of mining operations).
- Pit design processing with overall geotech recommendation and economic stripping ratio.
- Reconcile plans to practical considerations and re-calibrations when it necessary

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for mine measurement data, to carried out periodically.
- Responsible to ensure measuring data & hauling path produced accurately.
- Responsible to make agreement letter of mining progress with client (BAI).
- Validate mine situation map and ensure that made periodically.
- Evaluate survey performance/ activities in the form of reports that show both performance and volume.
- Control and determine of the position and installation of survey tape in accordance with the design provided by the engineering.

- Leads the provision of quality financial accounting and reporting
- Leads the delivery of quality commercial support, accounting and analysis to operational group executive and the board
- Proactive and creative in managing the balance sheet to effectively serve the company financial needs
- Manages the development and delivery of forecast, budgets, financial pklans, evaluation and others analysis to executive's boards
