Sumatera Selatan Job Description

• Plan and compile a land acquisition strategy for each target area for land acquisition according to company policy
• Conducting scheduled and measured negotiations with land owners for each target area for land acquisition according to company policy
• Improve the company's harmonious relationship with external parties, especially land owners
• Improve the performance of implementing CSR / PPM programs in the community
• Ensuring K3L and SMKP are running well
• Ensuring that the conditions in which the company's activities located are conducive

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Law
• Minimum experience in the same field for 5 years
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Excellent problem solving and time management skills
• Quickly adjust to local conditions
• Willing to be placed in South Sumatra
