SENIOR SUPERVISOR PERMITTING TECHNICAL

Martabe Gold Mine is managed and operated by PT Agincourt Resources. The mine covers an area of 30 km2 that falls under the sixth generation of Contract of Work (CoW) covering a total area of 1.303 km2.

The resource as at 30 June 2020 includes 7.6 Moz of Gold and 66 Moz of Silver, with economic ore reserves of 4.3Moz gold and 33Moz silver. Production commenced at Martabe on 24 July 2012. The operating capacity of Martabe Gold Mine is 6.1Mtpa ore to produce in excess of 300,000 oz of Gold and 2-3 Moz of Silver per annum. The Martabe processing plant is currently undergoing an expansion to yield an operating capacity of 6.7Mtpa.

PT Agincourt Resources engages approximately 2,600 employees and contractors which more than 70 % have been recruited from South Tapanuli and other regions in North Sumatra.

PT Danusa Tambang Nusantara (PTDTN) is the majority shareholder of PT Agincourt Resources with a total 95% of the shareholding. The shareholders of PTDTN are PT United Tractors Tbk 60% and PT Pamapersada Nusantara 40%. These companies are part of the PT Astra International Tbk group. The 5% share ownership is owned by the Government of South Tapanuli Regency and North Sumatra Province (local governments).

To strengthen the existing maintenance management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role:

SENIOR SUPERVISOR PERMITTING TECHNICAL (GR 2103009)

This position will be based at Jakarta Office in Government Relations & Permitting Department, and reports directly to Superintendent Permitting (Technical).

Senior Supervisor Permitting (Technical)  will covers  not only in technical aspects in permitting matters but also in compliances reporting as obligations of Martabe Operation particularly at central level of Government, have strong networking with Government in all levels (Central, Provincial and Regency) and other stakeholders that would contribute to positive impact to Martabe Operation. This position will be reporting directly to Superintendent Permitting (Technical) and work side by side with peer as Senior Supervisor Government Relations in Jakarta Office and Martabe site.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mining/Geology or Engineering prefer with management training.
2. Have Experiences at least 6 years in Mining industry, preferable in metal mine included inherent reporting and compliances to the Government.
3. Good communication skill and writing both Indonesian and English
4. Knowledge of the applicable regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
5. Ability to remain calm in tense conditions.
6. Have a strong leadership
7. Good time management, prioritizing, and organizing team to achieve the goals.
8. Highest commitment to integrity to guide actions and decisions.
9. Good and strong personality, friendly, professional, and adaptable to changes in the government institutions.
