MASTER MAINTENANCE TRAINER - SUPERINTENDENT LEVEL

(Code : MMT_Name)

Job Scope:

Master Maintenance Trainer is responsible for providing technical skill and knowledge of HEMM equipment through different modes of training like class room, practical equipment training & field training in the mines area, to enhance the productivity and efficiency of the equipment maintenance among the technical staffs.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree Engineering Industrial / Engineering Mechanical is preferable
• Vocational High School with major of Electrical / Mechanical with experience more than 15 year.
• Has work experience min 10 years in the same field.
• Male maximum age 40 years
• Understand mining procedure, product knowledge, failure analysis, HEMM component manufacturing & machining process, Total productive maintenance and Reliability centered maintenance.
• Have POP certification is preferred
• Have TOT certificate is a must.
• Have good communication
• Willing to be Placed in All site Darma Henwa

 

MASTER MINE OPERATION TRAINER - SUPERINTENDENT LEVEL

Job description

Master Mine Operation Trainer is responsible for providing technical skill and knowledge of HEMM equipment operation through different modes of training like class room, simulator, practical equipment training & field training in the mines area, to enhance the safety awareness, productivity and efficiency of the equipment operation among the operators.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in mining engineering is preferred
• Having at least 10 years experience in the same position
• Diploma / SMA with experience more than 15 years in mining industry
• Male, maximum 40 years
• Having excellence experience operating large scale equipment like Komatsu/Belaz/ Hitachi/Liebherr Mine operation, equipment management, equipment simulator, HSE procedure, HRD Procedure.
• Have POP certification is preferred
• Have TOT certification is a must
• Able to work with deadline
• Willing to be Placed in All site Darma Henwa

 

RISK MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST - SUPERINTENDENT LEVEL

Job description

Recognizing, measuring and managing the implementation of risk management in all of the Company's activities and projecting the possibilities that occur and providing options for management to make decisions in an effort to achieve an effective and efficient operational and management harmony in the Company based on company policies and applicable regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in any field ( Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industry Enginnering and Accounting is preferred )
• Having at least 5 years experience in the same position in mining industry
• Maximum 40 years
• Having excellence experience Mining Process, Financial Statement, Tax Report, Risk Management Identification Report, ISO Business Process, HSE Procedure
• Have CRMP certification is preferred
• Able to work with deadline & Attention with detail
• Willing to be Placed in Jakarta - HO

 

HEAD OF QHSE OPERATION  - SUPERINTENDENT LEVEL

Job description

Develop strategies, plan, analyze, coordinate and report the implementation of all Environment and HSE Compliances activities in all locations, including hazard and risk identification in accordance with applicable standards, procedures and regulations, investigation of accidents that occur in accordance with policies, standards, procedures and prevailing regulations with the aim of ensuring that all HSE systems are properly implemented according to specifications and are continuously improved within the predetermined budget and procedure limits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering / Public Health / Forestry / Industrial Engineering
• Having at least 5-7 years experience in the same position
• Maximum 35 years
• Having excellence experience Mining Process, K3LH Management, HSE Procedure, HRD Procedures & ISO 14001 & 9001 Lead Auditor ( Have cerfitifed is preferred )
• Have POP & TOT, is preferred
• Able to work with deadline & Attention with detail
• Domicilie in Balikpapan is preferable
• Willing to be Placed in Balikpapan
