FIXED PLANT RELIABILITY ENGINEER

PT Batutua Tembaga Raya and PT Batutua Kharisma Permai are subsidiaries of Merdeka Copper Gold Group operating The Wetar Copper Mine in Southwest Maluku. Commercial production of Wetar Copper started in 2010, consists of open pit mine, associated heap leach operation and solvent extraction-electrowinning (SX-EW) plant which produces copper metal.

Currently we are Looking for high qualified and motivated candidates to be part of our super team for the position :

FIXED PLANT RELIABILITY ENGINEER

The role of the Fixed Plant Reliability Engineer is to identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operation. He / She will working together directly with various maintenance mechanical & electrical section.

For this challenging position, we are looking a colleague with:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree, majoring in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field, High School Diploma will be considered.
• 5 years experiences handling reliability M & E scope
• Experience performing NDT test of vibration analysis, thermographic scanner, dye penetrate testing, lube analysis, engineer blue testing, and laser alignment
• Experience operating oscilloscope, VLF-DC-Tan Delta testing will be a plus
• Excellent in making RCA such as Apollo Reality Chart
• Strong mechanical maintenance experience in static - rotating - reciprocating equipment
• Good knowledge of electrical HV, LV, instrument, and material corrosion
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with other staffs
• Intermediate to advanced computer skill level.
