• Analyze client’s financials to provide debt presentation offerings and strategic financial solutions
• Manage all aspects of client’s debt offerings
• Advise private and public companies on debt capital raising
• Source debt financing for corporate clients
• Evaluate clients overall business plan
• Develop marketing strategy and financial strategy for clients debt capital raising
• Analyze clients financials and provide comprehensive presentation offering strategic financial (business) solutions
• Manage all aspects of debt capital transactions
• Work with management to grow and improve debt capital markets capabilities
• Responsible for debt offerings origination and coverage
• Responsible for ongoing analysis of clients debt funding needs
• Develop marketing and financial strategy and presentations before, during and after a debt offering
