Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation:

 

RELIABILITY LUBRICATION TECHNICIAN (CODE : RLT-III/21)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

Duties :

• Monitor the consumption of lubricants and continually seek to improve usage;
• Contribute when requested with lubrication and consumables inventory replenishment;
• Collect samples as required according to the plan and schedule and as instructed by the Reliability Technician;
• Maintain lubrication tools and instruments in good condition at all times. 

Requirements:

1. Fluent in Bahasa, spoken and written, some English literacy would be beneficial;
2. Several years mechanical experience in an industrial environment, preferably mining, but construction and other heavy industries including oil and gas, cement or manufacturing would be considered acceptable;
3. General understanding and familiarity with safety precaution in heavy industry;
4. Ability to work with lubricants and lubricant handling tools;
5. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.

 

RELIABILITY CENTERED MAINTENANCE FACILITATOR (CODE : RCMF-III/21)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

Duties :

• Prepare budget for reliability projects and regularly report against budget;
• Conduct condition based monitoring activities, including oil analysis, vibration, thermography, NDT, QA/QC and other methods as applicable for the process plant equipment.
• Reliability Engineering - Contribute to Root Cause Failure Analysis’s on equipment failures, with the objective of understanding the failure modes and consequently, adapt the maintenance strategies and activities to prevent re-occurrences;
• Develop and promote reliability centered maintenance (RCM) capabilities into the Reliability Engineering team
• Contribute to the preparation of the monthly maintenance report;
• Use SAP for all activities for costing and task allocations.

Requirements:

1. Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline e.g. Maintenance Management and Reliability, Mechanical, Physics or Electrical Engineering or at least 5 years as a condition monitoring technician, preferably in the mineral processing industry;
2. Fluent in English and Bahasa, oral and written;
3. Several years engineering experience in an industrial environment, preferably mining, but construction and other heavy industries including oil and gas, cement or manufacturing would be considered;
4. Detailed understanding and familiarity with condition monitoring techniques and principles;
5. Detailed understanding of the RCM principles at an expert level of comprehension;
6. Accomplished and proficient computer literacy, specifically MS Word, Excel, MS Project or similar;
7. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.

 

RELIABILITY ENGINEERING TRAINER (CODE : RET-III/21)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

Duties:

• Train Reliability team staff in the principles and benefits of developing and applying Reliability Engineering techniques to assets in a mining heavy industry environment;
• Prepare budget for reliability projects and regularly report against budget;
• Condition Monitoring;
• Reliability Engineering;
• Contribute to the preparation of the monthly maintenance report;
• Use SAP for all activities for costing and task allocations.

Requirements:

1. Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline e.g. Maintenance Management and Reliability, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or at least 5 years as a condition monitoring technician, preferably in the mineral processing industry
2. Fluent in English, spoken and written;
3. Several years engineering experience in an industrial environment, preferably mining, but construction and other heavy industries including oil and gas, cement or manufacturing would be considered;
4. Detailed understanding and familiarity with reliability engineering principles;
5. Previous experience conducting condition monitoring or non-destructive testing activities;
6. Understanding and previous experience of computerized maintenance management systems preferably SAP;
7. Accomplished and proficient computer literacy, specifically MS Word, Excel, MS Project or similar;
8. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
