Hanwha Mining Services Indonesia is one of subsidiary from Hanwha Corporation founded in 1952. Hanwha is one of biggest group in Korea which has a broad range of business, spanning the spectrum of manufacturing (petrochemical, explosives and defense products), construction, finance, services and leisure industries.

HMSI as one of affiliate company from Hanwha Corporation which started Mining Services in East Kalimantan from 2013, we provide for Drilling & Blasting and Explosive services to the Indonesian customers.

We are urgently looking for highly qualified personnel to fill positions below :

 

HR Supervisor

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Psychology or equivalent
2. At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Good analytical, Implement strategic recruitment from screening until onboarding
4. Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth
5. Has experience in testing and scoring psychometric assessment.
6. Strong expertise in HR policies and procedures, HR admin, recruitment and payroll
7. Proficient in English
8. Willing to be placed at Headoffice - Jakarta

 

Jr. Area Manager

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor of Mining Engineer or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience as Site Manager in Mining, preferable for the Blasting or Explosive Company
3. Has an experience in HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) Management System
4. Strong communication skills to motivate employees, suppliers, internal and external stakeholders and line management,
5. Having strong Presentation
6. Having strong leadership skills
7. Having POM Certificate will be advantage
8. Hold Blasting Competency (KJL) Class II is a must
9. Holds SIM A Driving License
10. Proficient in English
11. Willing to be placed at Headoffice - Jakarta

 

Drilling Operator

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum Senior High School Degree
2.  Having knowledge to operate drilling unit Hydraulic / Rotary Blasthole Drill (type Atlas Copco, Sandvick D24S, DX800,  Epiroc   DM30, Powerroc T50, T45)
3. At least 3 years experiences as Drilling Operator
4. Holds SIM B2 and SIM A Driving License
5. Having certificate operator drilling is an advantage
6. Willing to be placed at Kalimantan

 

Supervisor Drill & Blast

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum High School Graduate or DIII in any major
2. Minimum 4 years experiences as a Drill & Blast Foreman/Supervisor in the area of mining industry
3. Hold Blasting Competency (KJL) Class II is a must
4. Having POP Certificate and POM Certificate will be advantage
5. Understanding applications of drill and blast design
6. Willing to be placed at Kalimantan

 

MMU Operator

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum Senior High School Degree
2. Having minimum 3 (three) years experiences as MMU Driver / Operator
3. Having knowledge to operate MMU (Volvo, Scania, Hino)
4. Hold Certificate of SIO Forklift Minerba or Disnaker and SIM B2 License
5. Willing to be placed at Kalimantan

 

Plant / OSP Operator

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum Senior High School Degree
2. Having 3 (three) experience in Plant Area
3. Hold Certificate of SIO Forklift Minerba or Disnaker and SIM B2 License
4. Willing to be placed at Kalimantan

 

Shotfire / Blaster

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum Senior High School Degree
2. Minimum 5 years experiences as a Drill & Blast in the area of mining industry.
3. Having Certificate of Blasting Competency KJL Class I
4. Willing to be placed at Kalimantan
