HEAD OF PROJECT

Job description

To run all project's activities according to mine plan/company's target and environmental safety and health standard to control all resources (manpower, tools, budget and infrastructure) that exist in the project to fulfill client's production request that will deliver output to the Company as profit and growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering
• Having experience in same position for minimum 3 years, 5 years in Managerial Level and 16 years in the mining industry
• Male, maximum 40 years
• Have POU, SMKK and Mining Economic certification
• Having excellence knowledge of Project Environment and Culture, Product Quality and Production Management, Financial Management, Risk Management, Government Management, Risk Management, Environmental Health and Safety Management,
• Able to work with deadline
• Have good communication & attention with detail
• Willing to be placed on job site PT Darma Henwa Tbk

 

DEPUTY HEAD OF PROJECT

(Code :  DHOP_NAME)

Job description

With Head of Project , running all project's activities according to mine plan / company's target and environmental safety and health standards also to control all resources (manpower, tools, budget and infrastructures) existing in the Project to fulfil the demand for the production of clients that will deliver output to the company in the form of profit and growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering
• Having experience in same position for minimum 3 years, 5 years in Managerial Level and 16 years in the mining industry
• Male, maximum 40 years
• Have POU, SMKK and Mining Economic certification

HEAD OF MINE OPERATION DEPARTMENT

(Code :  HOMOD_NAME)

Job description

To plan the strategy, to coordinate, control, evaluate and implement internal and external improvement in project's production including all production activity, hauling also to control environmental cleanliness in accordance with applied rule and HSE's standards with intent to achieve production target that has been set previously and to be implemented in a safe, efficient and effective manners in accordance with applied rule and customer's request.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering, Geology
• Having at least 10-15 years experience in the same position
• Having excellence ability to read pit design, to operate heavy equipment, knowledge of Mining, HR and HSE regulation and procedures and unit specifications
• Having POM Certification
• Able to work with deadline.
• Have good communication & Attention with detail
• Willing to be placed on job site of PT Darma Henwa Tbk
