Archi Indonesia is an Indonesian based pure gold mining company, with a focus on gold in Indonesia, with the head quarter in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in Manado - North Sulawesi, PT. Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site - are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation:

SR. GA SUPERVISOR (Job Code : SGAS/I/21)

(Location: Toka Tindung Site)

DUTIES :

• Familiar and follow the budget for transport and travel and regularly monitor actual against budget;
• Monitor and analyse spares or material usage, and continually seek to improve performance.
• Transport Activity;
• Travel Activity;
• Camp Accommodation and Maintenance activity;
• Section Monthly Report;
• Daily plan - monitor and ensure daily activity for transport and travel, camp arrangement;
• Back to back with admin & GA Superintendent.

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Background with practical experience in the mining industry on travel and transport management. Has knowledge on admin & GA operation;
2. Good in Bahasa and English either Written or Speaking;
3. Has an administration skill;
4. Able to operate MS Software;
5. Able to work under pressure and flexible work ethic;
6. Able to lead ICAM investigator;
7. Possess First Line operational Supervisor Certificate (POP);
8. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
