Currently our company at Jakarta is seeking suitable candidates as a:

 

HSE Superintendent (Code: PANI - HSE)

Responsibilities:

• Provide Health, Safety and Environment information, advice and system implementation assistance to achieve a safe, healthy and incident free work environment at our work sites.
• Coordinate and be involved in internal and external OHS and Environmental Audits. And to develop and review relevant auditing elements as part of internal OHS & Environmental Audits.
• Direct, instruct and mentor staff safety and paramedic to ensure that H&S database is utilized.
• Ensure all department H&S data is accurate and up to date.
• Work with HSE & Training Department staff to develop/revise health and safety training packages and promotional material to support health and safety programs.
• Review site health and safety training plans and take action to ensure that plans are to standard, and are implemented.
• Recommend and assist site management to identify health and safety-training requirements and work with Training Department to develop training solutions.
• Ensure KPI's are reported monthly and take action to address areas of non- achievement of KPI's.
• Conduct annual program reviews to check compliance with management systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the mining industry.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Superintendent.
• Occupational Health Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum).
• Strong familiarity with field exploration and drilling activities.
• Willing to be placed at Pani, Gorontalo.

 

Data Lead (Code: BSI - DL)

Responsibilities:

1. Import assay data as soon as it is available.
2. Ensure all data is captured into the database securely - rectify data issues as soon as they are identified.
3. Assist consultants with data access.
4. Build validations into the data capture to prevent erroneous data entering the database.
5. Automate as many processes as appropriate.
6. Build new reports as requested.
7. Incorporate vendor internal QAQC into our QAQC reporting.
8. Assist with Corescan production.
9. Optimize reporting of assay Laboratory performance, assay turnaround, sample preparation backlog, prep facility inspections.
10. Assist daily, weekly, and monthly QAQC reporting.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 10 years of experience working in Database Management.
2. Familiar with 3D mining software (Micromine).
3. Familiar with database software.
4. Fluent in MS SQL including SSRS reporting.
5. Willing to be placed in Site (Banyuwangi).

 

PROJECT MANAGER (CODE: MMS - PM)

Responsibilities:

1. Directing and managing all work for the project.
2. Ensure risk are understood and are being mitigated successfully.
3. Regularly assess progress in relation to plan and implement appropriate control process.
4. Managing project management outcomes to determine areas of improvement.
5. Develop areas of improvement for resource allocation and usage.
6. Liaise and negotiate with any internal or external party or partner as required.
7. Develop recovery plans when a project is not expected to meet any of its targets or constraints
8. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, statutory obligations and MCG policy.
9. Evaluate project deliverables in accordance with project requirements.
10. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
11. Plan and track implementation of forward measures and ensure final acceptance by Stakeholder.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree from Engineering.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project.
3. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
4. Familiar with CAD software.
5. Familiar with scheduling software.
