Currently our company at Jakarta is seeking suitable candidates as a:

PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR (CODE: JKT - PDS)

Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
2. Develop organizational design and development strategies based on company goals.
3. Identify job positions and ensure they are filled with right professionals.
4. Directs the needs assessment for training and employee development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
5. Identifies and incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans.
6. Develops learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans.
7. Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments.
8. Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters.
9. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field required.
2. At least have 5 years working experience as People Development.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
