SECURITY SUPERINTENDENT

Archi Indonesia is an Indonesian based pure gold mining company, with a focus on gold in Indonesia, with the head quarter in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in Manado - North Sulawesi, PT. Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site - are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation:

SECURITY SUPERINTENDENT (CODE : SS-II/21)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

The role responsible in managing and leading the Toka Tindung Gold Project security operations in accordance with the Project's Security Management Plan.

Duties :

• To ensure all resources available to support HSE program;
• Hold coordination meetings with Senior Supervisor and Contractor Leaders, and also regularly inspects subordinates by day and by night;
• Compile intelligence and make recommendations to the Security Manager;
• Investigate security-related incidents which occur within the Project area and make recommendations to the Security Manager;
• Plans the patrolling assignments for Security Senior Supervisor and all Contractor Leaders;
• Meets regularly with local police, military, community political and business leaders to ascertain differing levels of threat posed against Project;
• Supervises all contractor leaders' response to alarms and dispatched calls; decides what actions to take based on situation, facts known and position limitations;
• Lead by example in all areas of working safely in an active mining project.
• As back-to-back when Security Manager off duty and reporting to the Sustainability & External Affairs Group Head

Requirements :

1. Completion of Degree in any discipline from a recognised university;
2. Completion of "Gada Utama" advanced training for security supervisors;
3. 3 (three) years prior experience in a similar role within the mining or resource sector;
4. Completion of Intelligence & Investigators  course;
5. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access;
6. Proficient in use of Pronto supply chain management software;
7. Has current Indonesian driving license (SIM A & C), able to operate a vehicle both on and off-road;
8. Physically fit to endure sustained periods of exertion in extreme tropical environment;
9. Able to communicate courteously with small or large groups;
10. Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia, very good level of written communications;
11. Level 2 level in spoken and written English;
12. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
