Bond and Insurance Specialist

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree
• Min. 10 years experiences as bond and insurance specialist
• Have experiences in EPCI oil and gas company
• Fluent in English
• Initiative and self-driven person
• Ability to show judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties
• Ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented and high accuracy
• Troubleshooting skills
• Strong verbal & written communication skills

Job Description:

• Interpret contracts, agreements and/or license agreements for insurance and bond requirements
• Manage the application, process and issuance of Bonds and insurances for EPCI Projects efficiently
• Responsible for timely and consistent communication and process flow on Bond and Insurance requests
• Interpret contracts and agreement to review the term and condition requirement of bond and insurance
• Interpret basic bond and insurance policy language
• Foster strong relationships with banks, insurance companies, legal, and other team members
• Develop a comprehensive Bond and Insurance reporting for various purpose of company
• Responsible for providing feedback for process improvement for greater efficiency
• Handle multiple projects and tasks
