SENIOR COMPANY LAWYER - Legal Dept
Job Summary
Assisting the Legal Manager Indonesia BU in the provision of Legal services.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide legal services to Premier's business related to company arrangements and commercial law matters.
- Provide legal advice and representation, with respect to general company, labor, litigation, or regulatory matters involving the activities of the company or its affiliates.
- Draft, negotiate and review documents for general commercial transactions and for the confidential exchange of information
- Develop effective client relationships and market legal and business expertise
- Administer company legal files, monitor for deadlines and obligations, issue reports.
- Acting as a company representative on legal matters to outside institutions such as SKKMIGAS, Migas, Pertamina, Manpower Department.
- Providing legal advice / drafting / negotiation services to the other technical and functional teams at the direction of Legal Manager to Premier Indonesia and for any corporate and new ventures activity.
- Managing on-going requirements for legal advice or supervision delegated by the Legal Manager and providing legal services where deemed appropriate.
- Taking direct instructions from customers of the Legal Department on routine legal matters, acting upon them and routinely briefing the Legal Manager on their progress.
- Developing the departmental document control systems and monitoring their good management.
- Representing the Legal Department on the Indonesia Petroleum Association - Regulatory Affairs Committee and other internal and external meeting and bodies on an as-required basis.
- Performs non-routine tasks, and attends such meetings as directed from time to time by the Legal Manager or as opportunity presents in order to meet Company objectives.
- Ensures that all business activities conducted comply with all Legal, SKKMIGAS and Company requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Law
- Membership of industry or professional bodies
- Minimum 8 year experiences in an in-House position or in a Leading Law Firm or an Upstream Oil and Gas organization.
- Ability to draft, negotiate and review legal documents.
- Oil and Gas industry knowledge from a Legal perspective is highly regarded.
- High degree of competency in reviewing and drafting Legal documents.
- Have a good communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong computer literacy.
RESERVOIR ENGINEER - Subsurface Dept
Job Summary:
Provide reservoir engineering interpretation, guidance and support to the INBU Subsurface Teams. Responsible for INBU Operating Assets reserves estimation and production profiles.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the development, maintenance and history matching of fit-for-purpose dynamic reservoir simulation models. Utilize classical reservoir engineering techniques such as reservoir simulation, material balance and decline curves as appropriate to support the model
- To work as an integrated team member with geoscientists, drilling and production engineers to monitor and review field performance and optimize production.
- Provide input into PSC long term business plan such as predicted production profiles, well count, data acquisition plans and reserves evaluation.
- Assess and mature opportunities for production optimization such ash future infill wells, add perforation, workovers and near-field exploration targets.
- Attendance at relevant external reviews (e.g. JVP and SKKMigas) and other ad-hoc technical meetings, representing Premier as operator.
- Develop production and reserve booking profiles for input in to business unit report, CAD and year end reserves.
Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Preferably with Petroleum Engineering background with min 8 years of experiences in Oil and Gas industry.
- Extensive experience as a Reservoir Engineer with an E&P Operator, minimum 8 years' experience as Reservoir Engineer. Preferably with experience on a wide range of operated gas fields, development and production projects (Oil and Gas reservoirs).
- Substantial experience in dynamic modelling, history matching and sensitivity analysis using TNav and Eclipse (or similar software). Able to utilize simulation model to justify cases for well proposals, field developments, production forecasts & reservoir management decisions, and perform complex reservoir simulations.
- Track record of proactively proposing and implementing successful reservoir management Plan.
- Solid experience in preparing integrated well plans and update production forecasts & reserves estimation, management and reporting
- Experience in well test and Pressure transient analysis to evaluate well performance and reservoir characteristics (e.g. kh, skin, boundary identification, using classical techniques and standard software).
- Experienced user of nodal analysis and Integrated Asset Modelling software (e.g. Prosper/Mbal/Gap/IFM)
- Fully competent reservoir engineer with classical reservoir engineering skills.
- Up to date working knowledge of technical software including TNav, Eclipse, Petrel, IPM suites, analytical tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent technical understanding in reserves evaluation and reserves classification through SPE PRMS method.
- Familiarity with hydrocarbon resources estimation and reporting.
- Systematic approach to uncertainty management and the ability to work with limited data.
- Ability to work within the framework provided by company investment guidelines; appraise, concept, select, define and execute.
- Good awareness of latest industry innovations. Good understanding of Drilling and Production Operations.
