PT. Bhimasena Power Indonesia, are a newly established foreign investment company, as the power plant that will supply for 2 X 1000 MW located in Central Java, Indonesia. Financial Reporting Officer (FRO)
Responsibility :
- Prepare data transaction as needed for the monthly closing process
- Prepare all account details related to financial statements
- Prepare all transaction journal related to the movement of account payable
- Prepare all transaction journal related to the movement of account receivable / prepayment
- Prepare all transaction journal related to the movement of fixed asset / inventory
- Prepare report as required by BPI, sponsors and other parties
Requirements :
- Minimum educational background Bachelor (S1) of accounting
- Having at least 4 years working experience in finance and reporting position
- Good English proficiency in oral and written
- Has multiple skills and is willing to work under pressure
- Have a good appearance and attitude
- Prefer male candidate due to reporting flexible working time
- Stationed in Jakarta Office.
HR Officer (HRO)
Responsibility :
- Manage personnel administration (completeness of employee data, correspondence, etc.)
- Manage new employee databases until employees retire or finish assignments
- Manage administration related to working relationships with outside HR partners
- Manage administration related to employee compensation and benefits
- Preparing administration of incoming and outgoing letter related to HR
- Helping the employee recruitment process
- Manage the administration of employee recruitment
Requirements :
- Minimum educational background Bachelor (S1)
- Minimum 4 years experience as HR
- Good English and Indonesian proficiency in oral and written
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Familiar with Human Resource Information System (HRIS) applications
- Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) regarding HR matter
- Has multiple skills and is willing to work under pressure
- Have a good appearance and attitude
- Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java.
MECHANICAL ENGINEER for BOILER (MEB)
Responsibility :
- To evaluate mechanical systems, products, component and applications by reviewing all related Construction & Testing documents, and conducting witness for installation/erection and commisioning activities at contruction site
- To technically identify change order and claims from contractors
- To inspect instalation/erection and observe operation to ensure compliance with design, equipment specification and related standards
- To review test and inspection result
- To issue observation report and non-conformity report in accordance with SOP
- To identify punch list during construction period
- To prepare reports to manager by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information if required
- To monitor the mechanical construction schedule correctly
- To coordinate with related parties if required for construction
- To support to obtain certification from (Boiler & Pressure Vessel Certification ) from DISNAKER
Requirements :
- Education Background minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years Boiler Mechanical maintenance experience at Supervisory level at O&M Large Coal Fired Power Plant Company or having experience on supervising Boiler equipment installation/erection
- Having knowledge about Boiler Pressure Vessel, Welding and Welding inspection including NDE
- Have knowledge about ASME bpvc/ptc, B31.1 Power Piping, Boiler related international standard
- Wiling to be located in Batang, Central Java.
Procurement Assistant Manager - Strategic Sourcing (PAM - SS)
Responsibility:
- Supervise and execute the development, implementation and execution of the Company's tender procedure, which includes pre-tender, pre-award and post-award activities.
- Supervise and execute of carrying out market analysis to get the best purchasing deal, staying up to date on market changes that can affect the supply and prices of goods.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account 'international leading practice', improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Supervise and procure goods and services of long lead & critical items during daily operation, outage and project, as well as spare parts (replenishment)/stock items including consumable items.
- Establish Master Services Agreement to major O&M.
- Establish Call Off Contract of stock items including bulk chemical.
- Ensure Company's Procedures are implemented in all areas of function so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
- Ensure and comply to all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the function to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
- To perform other task assigned by line Manager/DGM/GM.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, and any other related disciplines
- More than 10 years' relevant experience in Procurement/Contract/Expediting/Project of OM Power Plant or other heavy industries (Mining/O&G/Petrochemical etc) including at least 2 (two) years in positions of progressively increasing supervisory responsibilities
- Expected to have a Procurement Professional Certification
- Good English and Indonesian proficiency in oral and written
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Familiar with SAP/Maximo/Oracle
- Has multiple skills and is willing to work under pressure
- Have a good appearance and attitude
- Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java.
Procurement Senior Officer - Strategic Sourcing (PSO - SS)
Responsibility:

IT Application Engineer (IT APL-ENG)
Responsibility :
- Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support) include in mobile android or IOS
- Produce fully functional some application writing clean code
- Support for functionally some application such as ERP,HRIS or SCM
- Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
- Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
- Design interfaces to improve user experience
- Liaise with User to plan new features
- Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards
- Good communication skill either in English & Bahasa, able to work as a team, and pro-active
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Engineering, such as software engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related background
- Having at least 4-5 years experiences as Technical skill and / or Consultant is a must
- Preferably have experience as an IT Programmer & system development
- Mastering JAVA, VB, .NET, C #, JSP / PHP / ASP, Database Sql server, and reporting jasper / crystal report / reporting service
- Strong in data processing with using Ms. Excel, Ms. Access, SQL Server
- Having good Knowledge and experience for some application such as : Dynamix AX , HRIS system
- Has capability in Business Process Mapping Knowledge
- Good verbal and written communication skills ( English and Indonesia )

HR Operation Manager (HROM)
Job Description :
- Performing as HR Operations role in Human Resources area with responsible in HR policies & procedure (SOP) development for day-to-day operations of the organization.
- Responsible in employee discipline according to HR policies & procedure implementation.
- Employee performance and career evaluation, monitor and set employee contract.
- Coordinates the operations of HR including time management, industrial relation, and others relating to employee matters.
- Reviewing operational reports schedules and ensure the accuracy and efficiency.
- Responsible for maintaining organization structure of Manpower Planning (MPP) of employee, such as: new employee, replacement (mutation, rotation, and promotion), and employee termination.
- Provide administrative project support: Data analyses, monitoring and ensuring data quality, creating documentation and knowledge management.
- Partnering with HR&GA General Manager to ensure smooth and sustain HR operation.
- Be a central point of contact for the business managers and employees, delivering customized and forward-looking solutions, programs and policies.
- Assisting HRGA General Manager to create and implement succession program.
- Assisting HRGA General Manager to set up and deliver career path program.
- Implementing new company procedure and maintain the existing SOP
- Assisting HRGA General Manager to create and implement retain program promotion and employment strategy.
- Partnering training manager to create and implement integrated development program.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree degree in HR or relevant certification be preferred.
- 8 - 10 years' relevant experience in human resources of EPC & OM Power Plant including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
- Having Excellent communication abilities.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems).
- Having Leadership skills, and ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role.
- Having Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
- Having Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Having Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Maintain payment plan and benefits program.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
