MontD'Or Petroleum, the Operator of the producing Mengoepeh, Pematang Lantih, Salawati fields in Indonesia, is currently recruiting dynamic, qualified and self-motivated personnel to be part of its team based in S.E.Asia. The Company has the following vacancy:

HR GENERALIST

Role and responsibilities:

• Responsible for operational HR activities and processes in the employee lifecycle for all employees starting from recruitment to exit.
• File, check and ensure that employee personal files are maintained and updated for Audit purposes.
• Oversee and document, where necessary Employee Attendance, Leave, Advances, etc.
• Manage salary grading, trainings and end-to-end performance management function for the company whilst improving employee motivation through engagement activities.
• Managing employee related regulatory issues, ensuring timely submission of reports to the relevant external parties.
• Develop and update relevant policies, standing operation procedures (SOPs) with regard to HR & Administration in compliance with SKK Migas and Government regulations.
• Work effectively with counterparts to achieve objectives.
• Participate and provide support to HR projects, as and when required.

Requirements:

• Having experience in Oil & Gas Industry
• Minimum qualifications - bachelor's in law, psychology, or human resource management
• Possess minimum of 3 years of experience in similar capacity
• Basic knowledge in Labour Laws and SKK Migas Regulations
• Analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Good English - spoken & written
• Having the LSP certificate issued by BNSP will be a value added to be considered
