ACCOUNT PAYABLE OFFICER

Archi Indonesia is an Indonesian based pure gold mining company, with a focus on gold in Indonesia, with the headquarter in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in Manado - North Sulawesi, PT. Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site –are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation:

ACCOUNT PAYABLE OFFICER (Job Code : APO/I/21)

(Location: Toka Tindung Site)

MAIN DUTIES :

• Day to day Account Payable activities;
• Responsible for maintaining and operating the account payable efficiently and effectively;
• Validate and check all invoices before payment based on the company policies and procedure;
• Control bank balance and petty cash;
• Prepare adjustment entries, cost allocation for account payable transaction;
• Maintain and prepare Invoices payment;
• Prepare Account Payable’s aging every week;
• Prepare cash position/balance every day;
• Involve into Petty Cash payment when required;
• Identify and preparing report for all invoices which could not be paid as something reason to be providing a solution soon;
• Response all inquiries and question from suppliers in connection with their invoices on the timely basis;
• Prepare monthly reconciliation for Account Payable in the balance sheet items and also responsible to assist monthly financial report preparation.

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Graduated S1 – Economics (Accounting or Management);
2. Having minimum 5 year experiences in accounting and finance area, preferred experience in mining area;
3. Good understanding in SAP system is a must;
4. Familiar with account payable system and taxation regulations;
5. Good communication & presentation skills;
6. Able to analyse and solve problems;
7. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
