Quality Control Supervisor - PT. Hengjaya Mineralindo

PT. Hengjaya Mineralindo (Subsidiary Of Nickel Mines Limited), looking for position

Quality Control Supervisor

Responsibilities :

• Responsibility for laboratory, preparation sample, stockpile and weight bridge activities
• Report the results of the assay to the Quality Control Superintendent
• Review the results of the QA/QC sample assay (Sample Monitoring, Standard Samples, Duplicate Samples)
• Conduct coordination with all sub Department members
• Ensuring SHEQ/Housekeeping issues are in accordance to guidelines

Requirement(s) :

• Minimum Age of 27 years
• Bachelor Degree from Chemistry or Equivalent
• Experience in the field of QA/QC, Lab/Prep more than 5 years, preferably in the Nickel Mining Company
• Understand QA/QC & Lab/Prep Operations
• Understand and master the operation of the XRF, such as Epsilon, Bruker and Fusebead
• Hold PPR certification
• Good knowledge about Stockpile Management, Weight Bridge, Grade Control and Blending Method of Ore Nickel
• Strong leadership, good analytical, problem solver, able to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed on Morowali with FIFO 6 weeks : 14 days
