Finance Accounting & Tax Section Head

Job Responsibilities

Responsible to control and coordinate finance and accounting operational activities includes supervising on financial budget, cashflows, and financial closing on monthly and yearly to support company operational needs.

• Control and coordinate company’s finance and accounting activities to ensure compliance with Finance & Accounting SOPs and relevant regulation and laws.
• Control the implementation of the company’s finance and accounting activities in processing data consolidation and financial information to ensure accurate and timely financial reports are readily available.
• Control company cash flow, especially to manage payables, receivables, and projects done by the company, to ensure the availability of funds as well as to maintain the company’s good financial condition.
• Ensure the operational documents are accurate and comprehensive for tax audit and financial audit.
• Develop FAT policies, systems, and procedures as well as to control its implementation to ensure that all FAT processes and transactions run in an orderly and organized fashion, and thus to mitigate financial risks.
• Review on account closing as well as Company Income Tax accurately and in timely manner.

·  Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Finance & Accounting area with 2 years as Supervisor level 
• Preferably have A & B Tax Brevet Certification 
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Good command in English both oral and written
