MOBILE MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT

Archi Indonesia is an Indonesian based pure gold mining company, with a focus on gold in Indonesia, with the headquarter in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in Manado - North Sulawesi, PT. Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site –are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation:

MOBILE MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT (Code : MMS/I/21)

(Location: Toka Tindung Site)

DUTIES :

• Ensure that maintenance crews achieve high compliance to the ‘Weekly Plan”;
• Monitor that work orders are completed to a good standard and returned to the planning department in a timely manner;
• Ensure that all tools and equipment used by the workshop crews are maintained to a high standard. Monitor light vehicle, heavy earth moving equipment and general spare parts (stocking, repair, standardization);
• Act on recommendations from Planning Section to improve quality of ‘pm’ and ‘standard job’ documents;
• Regularly review job procedures with mechanics and other trades to improve work procedures with respect to safety and efficiency;
• Mobile equipment delivers the required availability and reliability results to allow the business plan to be sustained;
• Lead the implementation of initiatives of continuous improvement;
• Mining Contractor Governance across Mobile maintenance Department’s functions throughout the site.

REQUIREMENTS :

1. A trades background with extensive practical experience in the mining industry on both light and heavy vehicle maintenance;
2. Fluent in English, spoken and written;
3. Good communication, has problem solving and analytical skills;
4. Has budgeting, planning and stakeholder engagement skills;
5. Strong understanding of work management, change management and risk management;
6. Willingness to mentor and coach maintenance team members;
7. Advanced understanding and previous experience of computerized maintenance management systems preferably SAP & PRONTO;
8. Accomplished and proficient computer literacy, specifically MS Word, Excel, MS Project or similar;
9. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
