Accounting Superintendent - PT Mifa Bersaudara

Accounting Superintendent

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible in processing Month / Year end closing single entity & consolidation;
2. Prepare Financial statement single entity & consolidation base on PSAK updated;
3. Responsible in managing team on day to day review & posting journal Accounting;
4. Liase External / Internal Audit (including Tax Audited);
5. Develop weekly and monthly work plans for the processes below and ensure that the work plan is in accordance with the work plan of the work unit;
6. Develop, submit, manage and evaluate the annual work plan and budget of the functions  function under the Accounting work unit to ensure that the work plan is in accordance with applicable standards and procedures;
7. Compile and compile financial data from all Departments for the Company's budgeting needs;
8. Carry out and manage the process of collecting data and financial information to produce the financial statements required by the Company accurately and on time in accordance with applicable standards and procedures;
9. Monitor and evaluate cash flow and all financial transaction activities to ensure the suitability of cost realization with the Company's budget plan in accordance with applicable standards and procedures;
10. Regulate, issue and monitor production invoices to ensure the Company's cash flow condition in accordance with applicable standards and procedures;
11. Managing the performance of subordinates to ensure the achievement of the performance of its units reaches the targets set by the Company;
12. Compile weekly and monthly performance achievement reports from its work units for Management report needs.

Requirements:

1. Male/Female with a maximum age of 35 years;
2. Minimum Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting;
3. 7 years’ experience as an Accounting Supervisory Level;
4. Using Experience with ERP Accounting system.
