MINE SURVEYOR

(Code : MINE SURVEYOR - ENGINEERING)

Job description

Coordinate, control and direct all survey activities, develop survey methods and use of survey tools and coordinate with the Mine Operation Department and the HSE Department in order to ensure workplace safety conditions which include survey activities at the mine for mining operational needs, including those related to engineering, environmental and construction in order to support operational activities through the presentation of accurate, complete and timely data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mining engineering / geodesy
• Having experience in same position minimum 3 years
• Male, maximum 40 years
• Have POP certification
• Having excellence experience in surveyor mining procedure, road maintenance, civil design, HSE procedure, HRD procedure
• Able to work with deadline
• Have good communication & attention with detail
• Only qualified candidates will be processed

GEOLOGIST

(Code : GEOLOGIST - ENGINEERING)

Job description

Carry out data collection, analysis and monitoring of geological data in the project in order to ensure the fulfillment of mining standard procedures and quality target clients / customers to support the effectiveness of mining operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mining geology
• Having experience in same position minimum 3 years
• Male, maximum 40 years
• Have POP certification
• Having excellence experience in geology mining procedure, road maintenance, HSE procedure, HRD procedure
• Able to work with deadline
• Have good communication & attention with detail

HEAD OF MINE OPERATION

(Code : HOM - OPERATION)

Job description

Planning strategies, coordinating, controlling, evaluating and taking internal and external corrective actions for production activities in the project covering all production activities with the aim of achieving predetermined production targets and being implemented effectively, efficiently and safely in accordance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mining engineering
• Having experience in same position minimum 5 years / 10 years in mining operation
• Male, maximum 45 years
• Have POM certification
• Having excellence experience mining procedure, road maintenance, civil design, HSE procedure, HRD procedure
• Able to work with deadline

HEAD OF MINE ENGINEERING

(Code : HOM - ENGINEERING)

Job description

Compiling, directing and evaluating all mine planning activities in projects ranging from short to medium term planning according to an efficient and safe mine design through effective coordination with customers / clients and the Engineering Head Office to ensure the availability of mine plans & designs that support the achievement of production targets within the budget limits that have been determined based on HSE and applicable regulations.

• Have POM certification
• Having excellence experience mining procedure, road maintenance, civil design, PIT service management, Operation Management, Project Cost Estimation, Mine Geology, HSE procedure, HRD procedure

HEAD OF HR

Job description

Directing, coordinating, planning, monitoring, evaluating and reporting all activities on the implementation of compensation and benefits, administration of employee personnel, general affairs, industrial & external relations, as well as security coordination in projects in order to ensure that work plans and HR policies can be implemented according to policies & procedures apply as well as the department's work plan that has been determined.

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering
• Having experience in same position minimum 5 years / 10 years in supervisor HR in mining industry
• Male, maximum 40 years
• Have POP certification is preferred
• Having excellence experience HRD procedure in mining industry
• Able to work with deadline

HEAD OF HSE

Job description

Ensuring the Company's HSE system & strategy is properly developed and implemented through strategic planning, control, evaluation and taking corrective actions for the implementation of all safety, occupational health & environmental activities in the project, reviewing systems and implementing HSE training in accordance with policies, standards, procedures and applicable regulations and giving consideration to superiors with the aim of achieving Lost Time Injury within a predetermined budget limit.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering/forestry
• Having experience in same position minimum 5 years / 10 years in supervisor HSE in mining industry
• Male, maximum 40 years
• Have POP certification is preferred
• Having excellence experience HSE procedure in mining industry
• Able to work with deadline
• Have good communication & attention with detail

Recruitment & Assessment Specialist

(Code : RECRUITER - HR)

Job description

Compile, design, carry out the recruitment process, select candidate level staff for project locations, Head Office and Balikpapan Offices according to the required criteria as well as carry out a psychological assessment process for both candidate recruitment purposes or internal Company assessments based on applicable procedures in the company including preparation and modification of tools selection & Assessment so as to support the fulfillment of HR needs on time, on quantity, and on target based on work plans.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource/ Management/Industry Engineering/Psychology

• Having experience in same position minimum 5 years / 17 years in mining operation
• Male, maximum 45 years
• Have POM certification, FINON
• Having excellence experience mining procedure, road maintenance, civil design, PIT service management, Operation Management, Project Cost Estimation, Mine Geology, HSE procedure, HRD procedure
• Able to work with deadline
• Have good communication & attention with detail
