LEGAL SUPERINTENDENT

(SOUTH KALIMANTAN }

This position will be placed in Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan and will report to Legal Manager. This position is responsible to handling all litigation process in all company worksite ensuring no legal issue or stoppage at Mine site in order to support the company goals Qualifications Required

1. Min. S-1 degree in Law major.
2. Having minimum 7 years experience in legal area.
3. Having an Advocate License from PERADI.
4. Good knowledge in mining regulations and others related regulation within mining aspect and operational support.
5. High familiarity in operating Microsoft Office.
6. Excellent communication capability both indonesian and English.
7. Good leadership & managerial skills as well as being able to perform and work as a team and independently.
8. Own a high integrity, honest, and attention to detail.
9. High commitment to company standard on safety, environment, business ethic, and good corporate governance.
