Project Development Manager

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Urban Design from reputable university (Master Degree
2. highly preferable) with minimum GPA 3.00
3. Min. 5 years of experience in Architecture/Urban Design/Township Development/Property Project Development/Infrastructure Development
4. A high level of English and Bahasa (written and oral) is required
5. Excellent in computer knowledge
6. Have a good Architecture/Urban Design knowledge
7. Expert design skills and ability to create innovative solutions to complex design problems
8. Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skis
9. Understand and have capabilities in project contracts, quality control, commissioning and Operational readiness
10. Detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
11. Must be able to meet deadline, multitask, independent, have a positive attitude. possess good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, and commercial sense

Responsibilities:

1. Leading, supervising and coordinating research and analysis related to public infrastructure development related to railway station development and TOO area development in accordance with the City Design Guidelines
2. Leading, supervising and coordinating the implementation and preparation of design developments related to property development and public infrastructure development supporting railway stations and the development of TOD area
3. Leading. supervising and coordinating the implementation phase of property development and public infrastructure development supporting commuter line stations
4. Leading, supervising and coordinating the concept and implementation of the arrangement and supervision of commuter line stations
