Job Description

To ensure, direct and evaluate guidelines projects and strategic projects for the company, as well as reviewing and evaluating the entire project performance for Project Development. Establishing good communication to the customer as well as providing policy/strategy recommendation to superiors in order to provide Strategic project support in accordance with contracts and the direction of the company's development that supports the achievement of production targets.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering / Geology
• Having experience in mining operation minimum 10 years
• Having excellence analytical mining process, HSE procedures, Equipment strategic, TQM, Macro process engineering & Financial analysis
• Male, Minimum age 35 year old maximum 50 year
• Having Certificate POU / POM
• Fluently English
• Only qualified candidates will be processed
• Willing to be Placed in Jakarta / Balikpapan/Site

 

SUPERINTENDENT FUEL & LUBE

(Code : SPT-FUEL)

Job description

Monitor and control the process of receiving and distributing fuel & lube in accordance with work & safety standards to ensure the smooth supply and distribution of fuel & lube required for operational activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in industry engineering / Accounting
• Having at least 5 year experience in the same position
• Having excellence analytical Fuel & Oil managemen & Supply chain management.
• Understanding Mining Process, HSE Procedure, HRD Procedure.
• Have POP certification is preferred
• Fluently English
• Male, minimum 30 years maximum 40 years
• Able to work with deadline
• Have good communication
• Attention with detail

HEAD MINING OPERATION

Job description

Plan a strategy, coordinate, control, evaluate and take action to improve internal & external production activities in the project, include all production activities with the aim of achieving the set production target, and implemented effectively, efficiently and safely in accordance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in mining engineering
• Having at least 5 years experience in the same position / 15 years in mining industry
• Male, maximum 40 years
• Having excellence experience mine planning implementation, production data monitoring, haul road design & maintenance, pit service management, equipment management, HSE procedure, HRD Procedure.
• Have POM / POU certification is preferred
• Able to work with deadline

PIT TEAM LEADER

(Code :  TL-PIT )

Job description

Regulate, supervise and verbally and in writing all mining activities and overburden transportation and maintain the cleanliness of the work environment within the scope of supervision based on the directives of the supervisor, mine plan and design made by the engineer within the limits of the budget, procedures and HSE standards applicable to ensure the achievement of work targets per shift and supports smooth "sequence" mining..

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in mining engineering is preferred
• Having at least 5 years experience in the same position
• Diploma / SMA with experience more than 12 years in mining industry
• Male, maximum 40 years
• Having excellence experience mine operation implementation,pit service management, equipment management, HSE procedure, HRD Procedure.

Job description

regulate, supervise, and report verbally and in writing all maintenance / maintenance and tire repair activities in the  project within the scope of supervision as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the work environment based on the direction of the supervisor and the schedule / planning made by the planner within the budget constraints, procedures and HSE standards applicable to ensure maximum tire lifetimes and minimize costs in order to support operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in mechanical / electrical engineering is preferred
• Having at least 5 years experience in the same position
• Diploma / SMA with experience more than 7 years in mining industry
• Male, maximum 40 years
• Having excellence experience maintenance Tyre, maintenance heavy equipment, mining procedure, HSE procedure, HRD Procedure.
• Have POP / POM certification is preferred
• Able to work with deadline
• Have good communication
• Attention with detail

REGIONAL HEAD OF PLANT & MAINTENANCE

(Code :  HOP - PLM)

Job description

Planning strategies, controlling, evaluating and taking corrective actions for all planning activities, developing system maintenance and repair of units / equipment, all unit maintenance and repair activities, and reviewing maintenance cost control in the project in order to ensure the achievement of target PA, MTBF and MTTR units as needed mining operations, HSE standards and procedures that apply within predetermined budget limits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering is preferred
• Having at least 5 years experience in the same position or 10 years as manager plant
• Male, maximum 45 years
• Having excellence experience maintenance planning & execution, preventive & breakdown management, maintenance activity & daily strategy, Plant financial & IPHR, warranty & claim negoitation, HSE procedure, HRD Procedure.
• Have POM certification is preferred
• Able to work with deadline
• Have good communication
• Attention with detail

HSE TRAINER

Job description

Developing safety training activities including class training, training hours, and overall performance training in order to prepare workers to know, understand, comply and be trained in HSE procedures so that the risk of accidents and damage can be reduced.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering / Public Health / Forestry / Industrial Engineering/ D3 Environmental Engineering / Public Health / Forestry / Industrial Engineering
• Having at least 5 years experience in the same position
• Male, maximum 40 years
• Having excellence experience mine operation, management K3LH, HSE procedure, HRD Procedure.

Job description

Planning, compiling curricula and implementing training operation programs in projects covering aspects of mine operation and heavy equipment operation in accordance with the curriculum, competency standards, HSE standards and applicable procedures & Analyze training needs, create an operator assessment and evaluation program in order to ensure that operator competencies are met according to the criteria required by the Company to support the achievement of production targets in the project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in mining engineering is preferred
• Having at least 5 years experience in the same position
• Diploma / SMA with experience more than 10 years in mining industry
• Male, maximum 40 years

Prepare materials, make lesson plans, provide training, coaching and assessments to mechanics and automotive electricians about all aspects of heavy equipment maintenance and repair in the project in accordance with the curriculum, HSE standards and procedures through effective coordination with related parties in order to produce personnel- Qualified mechanical personnel according to predetermined competency standards to support the achievement of plant & maintenance Department targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering is preferred
• Having at least 5 years experience in the same position
• Diploma / SMA with experience more than 10 years in maintenance mining industry
• Male, maximum 40 years
• Having excellence experience maintenance planning & execution, preventive & breakdown management, HSE procedure, HRD Procedure
• Have POP / TOT certification is preferred
• Able to work with deadline
• Have good communication

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in psychology / industrial engineering is preferred
• Having at least 2 years experience in the same position
• Male, maximum 35 years
• Having excellence experience administrative HR, HR Management, Recruitment & selection, competency based HRM HSE procedure, HRD Procedure.
• Have TOT certification is preferred
