4. MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor

5. MEP Senior Planning Engineer

6. MEP Senior Engineer Construction (HVAC/BMS/EPMS/Electrical)

7. MEP QAQC Senior Engineer (HVAC/BMS/Electrical/EPMS/FS/PD)

8. Senior Engineer BIM

9. BIM Modeler

10. Architect

Key Requirement:

1. Tertiary Degree (Bachelor level) in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture
2. 15+ years postgraduate experience and 5+ years in the current role
3. Multi-discipline project experience
4. Experience in non-residential building construction, preferably experience in the construction of advance technology or life science facilities
5. Experience in the application of digital engineering tools and BIM technology for planning, preparation, execution and commissioning of the works
6. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and risk management skills
7. Ability to drive compliance and effective governance
8. Demonstrated ability to drive business excellence and continuous improvement
9. Ability to publicly present, network and train others
