1. Min Bachelor Degree in Mining, Civil, or Geology
2. Min 4 years of working experience in coal mining production
3. Strong competencies in Mine Operation Management, Mining Industry Knowledge, Equipment Operation Technique, Pit Services Management, and HSE awareness

Strategic Sourcing & Contract Management Superintendent

Job Responsibilities

Analyze user needs for an item and coordinate the disbursement of prospective vendors to the implementation of tenders (especially strategic and project procurement of goods / services) by taking into account the principles of effective and efficient procurement, as well as by referring to procurement policies to support meeting the needs of each user.

1. Coordinating and searching for prospective new vendors / suppliers to meet the needs of company activities.
2. Coordinating the management of finding new vendors to meet the needs of procurement operations.
3. Analyze and coordinate the process of identifying the needs of users for goods or services, especially strategic procurement to be able to understand user needs and to obtain goods / services as needed to support company operational activities
4. Involved in the implementation of tenders / beauty contests from the preparation of tender documents to the preparation of tender evaluation results to find selected vendors that match the criteria and with due observance of the OTOBOS aspects.
5. Prepare data analysis for negotiation purposes and assist the negotiation process by prioritizing Quality, Cost, Delivery, Service and Safety & Environment as the basis for negotiating with vendors / suppliers.
6. Propose and analyze the potential cost savings of each procurement of goods and services to be able to provide recommendations to users regarding alternatives for the procurement of goods and services.
7. Drafting a system & policy (infrastructure) development proposal in the SSCM Department, especially in relation to Vendor Management for the creation of a strong infrastructure in the SSCM Department.
8. Coordinating the PDCA process in the SSCM Department to monitor operational activities, progress and execution in SSCM operational activities.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree from any major
2. Minimum 3 years of work experience in an equivalent position (preferably having experience in the same field / procurement)
3. Strong competencies in Procurement Management, Negotiation Skills, Contract Management, and Legal Compliance
4. Preferably those who have knowledge in accordance with the K3LH & mining technical competency matrix

 

Environmental Supervisor

Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities

1. Carry out operational activities of the environment in accordance with established procedures and applicable regulations and related so as to support the achievement of the target function of HSE Section.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or K3
2. Have 3-5 years experience as Environmental Supervisor in coal mining industry.
3. Strong competencies in Environmental Management, Safety and Health Management, and Mining Operation Management
4. Preferably have certification in Ahli K3
5. Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatra
