Hanwha Mining Services Indonesia is one of subsidiary from Hanwha Corporation founded in 1952. Hanwha is one of biggest group in Korea which has a broad range of business, spanning the spectrum of manufacturing (petrochemical, explosives and defense products), construction, finance, services and leisure industries.

HMSI as one of affiliate company from Hanwha Corporation which started Mining Services in East Kalimantan from 2013, we provide for Drilling & Blasting and Explosive services to the Indonesian customers.

We are urgently looking for highly qualified personnel to fill positions below :

 

Drilling Operator

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum Senior High School Degree
2. Having knowledge to operate drilling unit Hydraulic / Rotary Blasthole Drill (type Atlas Copco, Sandvick D24S, DX800,  Epiroc   DM30, Powerroc T50, T45)
3. At least 3 years experiences as Drilling Operator
4. Holds SIM B2 and SIM A Driving License
5. Having certificate operator drilling is an advantage
6. Willing to be placed at Kalimantan

 

Drilling Mechanical & Electrical

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum Senior High School Degree, background
2. At least 3 years experiences as Drilling Mechanical
3. Having BMC (Basic Mechanic Course) certificate is an advantage
4. Having knowledge of troubleshooting system mechanical of Drilling Equipment
5. Willing to be placed at Kalimantan

 

Field Leading Hand

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum Senior High School
2. Having more than 4 (Four) years experience working in  mining projects, especially on project drilling & blasting or explosives.
3. Having Certificate of Blasting Competency KJL Class I and Class II
4. Having POP Certificate and POM Certificate will be advantage
5. Hold a driving license, B2 Driving License is preferred (SIM B2)
6. Willing to be placed at Kalimantan

 

Field Supervisor

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum High School Graduate or DIII in any major
2. Minimum 5 years experiences as a Drill & Blast Foreman/Supervisor in the area of mining industry
3. Hold Blasting Competency (KJL) Class II is a must
4. Having POP Certificate
5. Understanding applications of drill and blast design
6. Willing to be placed at Kalimantan

 

MMU Operator

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum Senior High School Degree
2. Having minimum 3 (three) years experiences as MMU Driver / Operator
3. Having knowledge to operate MMU (Volvo, Scania, Hino)
4. Hold Certificate of SIO Forklift Minerba or Disnaker and SIM B2 License
5. Willing to be placed at Kalimantan

 

Plant Operator

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum Senior High School Degree
2. Having 3 (three) experience in Plant Area
3. Hold Certificate of SIO Forklift Minerba or Disnaker and SIM B2 License
4. Willing to be placed at Kalimantan

 

Shotfire / Blaster

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum Senior High School Degree
2. Minimum 5 years experiences as a Drill & Blast in the area of mining industry.
3. Having Certificate of Blasting Competency KJL Class I
4. Willing to be placed at Kalimantan

 

Marketing Manager

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree for any discipline
2. Minimum 8 year(s) experience for drilling and blasting activities
3. Having experience of Explosive Marketing more preferable
4. Good communication and presentation skill
5. Proficient in English
6. Female are encouraging to apply 
7. Will be based in Head Office Jakarta

 

Recruitment & OD Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Psychology or equivalent
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Strong communication skills to motivate employees, Creating strategy how the organization can align to achive the company's goals.
• Good analytical, Implement strategic recruitment from screening until onboarding
• Has experience in testing and scoring psychometric assessment.
• Setting up Manpower planning and monitor the implementation
• Proficient in English
• Willing to be placed at Headoffice - Jakarta

 

Site Manager

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor of Mining Engineer or equivalent
• Minimum 5 - 10 years’ experience as Site Manager in Mining, preferable for the Blasting or Explosive Company
• Has an experience in HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) Management System
• Strong communication skills to motivate employees, suppliers, internal and external stakeholders and line management,
• Having strong Presentation
• Having strong leadership skills
• Having POM Certificate will be advantage
• Hold Blasting Competency (KJL) Class II is a must
• Holds SIM A Driving License
• Proficient in English
• Willing to be placed at Kalimantan

 

Technical Services & QC Engineer

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering
• At least 3 years’ experience as Engineer in Technical Service or Drill and Blast department
• Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate with clients
• Computer literacy with reporting experience
• Hold blaster competency (KJL II)
• POP and KJL1 will be advantages
• Familiar with Emulsion Technology
• Understanding of Electronic Detonator System
• Hold a Driver’s license; for heavy vehicle would be an advantage
• The incumbent will be required to travel and work in a roster system
• Willing to be placed at Kalimantan

 

Safety Officer

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in DIII – Health & Safety, Public Health or any related major
• Preferable had minimum 3 years experience as Safety Officer in Mining or Blasting or Explosive Company
• Having Ahli K3 Umum Certificate
• Having POP Certificate
• Having Auditor Internal SMKP Certificate is beneficial
• Having experience to set up audit SMKP and manage HSE related management system
• Willing to be placed at Kalimantan

 

Supervisor Drilling

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Senior High School Degree
• Having knowledge to operate drilling unit Hydraulic / Rotary Blasthole Drill (type Atlas Copco, Sandvick. Reedrill) in DM 30
• At least 5 years experiences as Leading Hand Drilling
• Holds SIM B2 and SIM A Driving License
• Having POP Certificate and POM Certificate will be advantage
• Willing to be placed at Kalimantan

 

Foreman Drilling

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Senior High School Degree
• Having knowledge to operate drilling unit Hydraulic / Rotary Blasthole Drill (type Atlas Copco, Sandvick. Reedrill) in DM 30/ 45
• At least 5 years experiences as Drilling Operator
• Holds SIM B2 and SIM A Driving License
• Having POP Certificate and POM Certificate will be advantage
• Willing to be placed at Kalimantan
