Our Client, a mining company based in Jakarta with mine location is in South Kalimantan, produces quality and sustainable environmentally friendly products, os now seeking a qualified person to fill the position of

Operational Manager

Job Description:

1. Provide performance related technical support, assistance and evaluation when operating or maintenance the project.
2. Controlling and ensuring that project implementation is in accordance with the initial planning, cost, quality, deadlines, and predetermined work safety standards.
3. Participates in the development and administration of assigned program budget, forecasts funds needed for equipment, materials, and supplies; monitors and approves expenditures; recommends adjustments as necessary
4. Keep operating costs to a minimum and eliminate unnecessary operating costs.
5. Conduct regular meetings with the director in achieving the company’s vision and mission.
6. Identify, evaluate and be able to solve all problems that occur related to operational activities.
7. Reviewing performance, conduct coaching and consulting to all team member.
8. Compile and organize planning and implementation of project operational activities.
9. Willing to travel to various location and overnight stays.

Qualifications:

1. Male / Female
2. University degree in Mining Management or related field.
3. Communication in English (written and verbal) is an advantage
4. A minimum of 10 years work experience in coal mine or trading with at least 3 years as Operational Manager with a demonstrated competence to manage project/tender
5. Mastering the mining plan strategy and basic HR management
6. Honest, ethical, hardworking and good at oral and written communication.
7. Good analytical thinking, open mind and have excellent communxation & presentation skill
8. Ability to handle numerous time-critical assignments simultaneously with sense of urgency & good time management
9. Work independently under limited supervision (self-management).
10. Work in team for project development.
11. Must de computer literature (proficient in Microsoft Office, experience in Engineering Software would be an advantage)
