Technical Lab Manager Mineral Division

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Enginerring (Chemical), Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
2. At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in Mining / Nickel Industries.
3. Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Chemist or equivalent.
4. Work Location : Head Office - West Jakarta.

Responsibilities

1. Monitoring, provide input and advice to all Minerals Lab operational activities team to ensure activities carried out in accordance with the provisions of HSE procedures and standards in order to support the company's operations and objectives.
2. Support Group Head of Operations in advising any consideration of any technical problem of Lab within the scope of Minerals Lab.
3. Support ongoing operations project and monitor the Lab staff to ensure the job is done accordance with work instructions and established procedures.
4. Develop, motivate, and evaluate Minerals Lab technical team performance including identify training and development needed to improve operation technical team competency and capability.
5. Collaborates with Operations Strategy to identify the technical and operational training needs from all Inspector within the scope of Minerals Lab, and propose the technical training and development program within the scope of Minerals Lab in each year.
