Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited (abbreviated as "HCML") is one of the Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) of Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business (SKK Migas), Ministry of Energy & Minerals, as a representative of the Government of Republic of Indonesia to conduct exploration and exploitation of Oil & Gas in Madura Strait. Our Company is based in Jakarta with operation fields covering some areas in East Java, including Sumenep, Sampang, Pasuruan, and Probolinggo offshore. To support its growth and operations, we are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following position:

 

SR. MANAGER SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (SCM)

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

To plan, organize and review all related activities on procurement planning, process and logistic programs/activities, to avoid disputes among the parties, as well as of formalities administration to support the management to achieve the company goals and ensure smooth logistic flow and effective Shore base Management to support HCML operations.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (S1) in Legal, Supply Chain Management, Logistic, Business Management or relevant field study. MBA Degree would be an Advantage.
• Minimum 15 years experiences in Procurement/SCM area or related work experience of which 10 years should be spent in Oil & Gas Industry.

Required Competencies:

Technical Competencies

• Supply Chain Management.
• PTK 007 rev 04 certification.
• Top-Level understanding of all aspects of Supply Chain Processes.
• Contract Law & Business, Material Planning and Warehouse Management Knowledge.
• Ability to quickly identify business challenges and to focus on delivering results and generating business value across different Supply Chain Management functions.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and in writing).
• Must have a wide range of networks in SKKMigas related functions and other PSCs in Indonesia.

This position is a very senior position included in Executive level reporting to the Top Management level. Only well qualified applicants will be invited for further selection process.
