1. HSE SUPERINTENDENT

(Code: HSESUPT_Name)

Job Description

Monitoring QHSE system implementation at operational mining of all company sites and company workshop. Managing the compliance requirement of company workshop at Balikpapan and open yard jetty. Suggest about best practice HSE and develop improvement in HSE operational mining and workshop.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree of Occupational safety and health (K3) / Environmental Engineering / Public Health / Mining Engineering / Geologist / Electrical Engineering / other relevant major.
• Have a min. 3 years experience in the same position or min. 5 years as HSE Supervisor.
• Have an understanding of HSE implementation, and also about ISO 9001; 14001; 45001.
• Have an understanding of mine operations & workshop operations, understand the regulations on the implementation of K3 and the environment in the mine area and workshops.
• Hold a min. POP (Pengawas Operational Pertama issued by BNSP) certificate, SMK3 certificate, SMKP certificate.
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.

 

2. CORPORATE DOCTOR

(Code: HSEDOC_Name)

Job Description

Evaluate MCU record of all employees. Review health status of candidates. Do analyse potential occupational illness. Developing health promotion and prevention program. Developing health standard and evaluating performance paramedic service at all site and workshop.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Medical (min. general doctor registered in IDI).
• Have a min 3 years experience in the same position.
• Hold an ATLS, ACLS, STR, SIP, and Hiperkes Doctor certificates.
• Have an understanding of the provisions of PAK and the concept of PAK investigations.
• Have an understanding the concept of industrial hygiene.
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.

 

3. RECRUITMENT & ASSESSMENT SUPERINTENDENT

(Code: RECSUPT_Name )

Job Description

Directing, coordinating and evaluating all staff-level recruitment and assessment activities above all projects and all positions in the Balikpapan office and all company sites according to the needs and requirements of the job in order to ensure the fulfillment of man power both from internal or external to the company appropriately and in accordance with the Company's work plan.

Qualification:

• Preferably Master Degree of Industrial-Organizational Psychology or other related major.
• Have a min 5 years experiences in the same field, have experience work in mine industry are preferred.
• Have an understanding about mining process; HSE procedure, HR business process and regulations, in depth knowledge about HR and psychological tools.
• Mastered of Assessment Center, Behavioral Event Interview.
• Able to manage mass recruitment and fulfillment of man power in shortly.
• Able to cooperate with vendors, negotiate, and manage the preparation of cooperation contracts.
• Have strong analytical skill, management and great communication in bilingual.
• Ms. Excel literate.
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.

 

4. PLANT MAINTENANCE PLANNER

(Code: MP_Name)

Job Description

Manage, supervise, and verbally and in writing all Mine Heavy Equipment units and Support units (schedule maintenance) maintenance activities in the project within the scope of supervision and maintain the cleanliness of the work environment based on the direction of the supervisor and the schedule / planning made by the planner within the limits of the budget, procedures and HSE standards applicable to support the achievement of PA, MTBF and MTFR targets and support the smooth operation of the mining.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree from Electrical / Mechanical Engineer.
• Have experience minimum 3 years in the same field.
• Knowing about mining procedure, HSE procedure, plant maintenance process, specify of
• unit/equipment.
• Knowing about Heavy Equipment Management System.
• Knowing about Computerized Mechanical Management Systems (CMMS).
• Willing to be placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).

 

5. MINE OPERATION SUPERVISOR

(Code: MODTL_Name)

Job Description

Regulate, supervise and report all mining activities and overburden transportation and maintain the cleanliness of the work environment within the scope of supervision based on instructions, mine plan and design made by the engineer to achieve work targets per shift and supports mining operation.

Qualification:

• Preferably Diploma or Bachelor degree from Mining Engineering. High School accepted with 12 years of experience in related field.
• Has work experience min 3 years as supervisor in mining industry.
• Has POP (Pengawas Operational Pratama) certification.
• Able to work with deadlines.
• Good communicator and thorough at work.
• Understand mining process and HSE procedure used in mining area.
• Familiar with heavy equipment used in mining area.
• Willing to be placed at all company site (Kalimantan area).
