OHS OPERATIONS SUPERINTENDENT & OPERATIONAL COMPLIANCE CONTROL SUPERINTENDENT

Archi Indonesia is an Indonesian based pure gold mining company, with a focus on gold in Indonesia, with the head quarter in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in Manado - North Sulawesi, PT. Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site - are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation:

 

OPERATIONAL COMPLIANCE CONTROL SUPERINTENDENT (CODE : OCCS-X/20)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

The role forms part of first line of defence and will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of operational compliance and regulatory reporting duties. The primary focus of the role will be to take ownership and be responsible to ensure that the project is running accordingly and comply with all relevant regulation in each step of business process.

Duties :

• Develop and ensure the tailored compliance management system has been implemented within all Toka Tindung Gold Project areas;
• Perform regulatory reviews from an operational perspective;
• Acts as a key regulatory point of contact;
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of operations, policies, procedures and regulatory issues in assigned and related operational areas;
• Develop, implement, maintain and enhance programs to ensure ongoing compliance and process

Improvements;

• Consult with other departments, management and service providers to resolve issues, overcome barriers and maintain integrity of databases;
• Develop and present training to staff outside of the department, management and officials as required and as needed;
• Brief organisation on regulatory requirements & impact on Toka Tindung Gold Project;

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of at least 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience;
2. Able to coordinate multiple priorities and maintain organization;
3. Able to write and verbalize communications clearly and effectively;
4. Able to interpret local, state, and federal regulations and experience implementing regulatory requirements;
5. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.

 

OHS OPERATIONS SUPERINTENDENT (CODE: OOS-X/20)

(Location: Toka Tindung)

OHS Operations Superintendent maintains the operational of Site OHS supporting functions including OHS advisory and coaching to other department, Industrial Hygiene, Site medical services and Emergency Respond. As a middle management level this position also has responsibility to make sure continues improvement of OHS Management System and performance of all workforce.

Duties:

• Monitor, analyze and report on the organizations OH&S performance.
• Drive the OH&S Safety culture plan.
• Oversee the implementation of the organizations OH&S Programs -incorporated with the Operational strategic plan.
• Overall management of the Injury Management Program, workers compensation claims, return to work and well-being programs.
• Oversee the implementation of the INX In Control system as the database of OHS event
• Ensure organizational OHS related compliance with the government of Indonesia regulations and another relevant standard
• Advise the other department on the implementation of policy, procedures and processes.
• Report on the OHS performance at Board, Executive and Operational levels.
• Coach and mentor direct reports and key stakeholders to influence change and encourage learning.
• Participate in the Performance management process and undertake performance reviews with team members.
• Through leadership and supervision, encourage behaviors that promote OH&S responsibility, accountability and awareness.
• Through consultation and involvement of employees, promote an environment where workplace hazards are minimized and the OH&S of all employees is valued.
• Manage organisational Industrial hygiene risk including monitoring and advisory on mitigation plan to respective department.
• Manage site medical team including on the implementation of health program (promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative)
• Manage the operational of Site Emergency Respond including to ensure the reliability and readiness of ERT.

Requirements:

• Min. D3 or S-1 graduate in relevant disciplines;
• Min 5 years experience in mining industry;
• Well trained in health and safety;
• Good knowledge in mining and safety regulations and OHS management;
• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety or Related Field;
• POM Certificate from ESDM;
• Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
