Adaro’s Services pillar aims to streamline all of the mining service providers within Adaro Group. This pillar focuses on providing high quality support services to the mining industry from exploration, engineering and technical, to contracting and lastly marketing and trading. Main customers of this pillar are coal mining companies from within the Adaro Group as well as from outside the group.

PT Saptaindra Sejati (SIS) is one of Indonesia’s largest mining contractors. The company provides broad range of services covering contract mining, mine planning, civil work, infrastructure development, land logistic and reclamation of mining area. As its services are exposed to customers involved in the coal mining sector, SIS’s production volume performance can be directly impacted by the volatility of coal price.
Group Leader - Production
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a group of Operators on the field to work in the safest, efficient, and effective way in order to achieve production targets.
Job Requirements
- Senior High School / Diploma degree in Mining / Civil
- 1 year of experience as a Group Leader in open pit coal mining/ hauling / road maintenance area
- Have a POP License
- Physically and mentally fit
- Willing to be placed in our site project (Kalimantan Area)
Instructor - Heavy Equipment
Job Responsibilities
- The responsibilities include instructing Heavy Equipment Operator regarding heavy equipment operation and performing both lecture/simulation in a classroom setting as well as infield practice.
Job Requirements
- Senior High School / Diploma degree from any major
- 2 - 5 years working experience as a Heavy Equipment Instructor especially in mining companies
- Certified in Training For Trainer (TFT)
- Experienced in teaching (in-class & field practical)
- Have a strong communication skill and able to work in a team
- Willing to be placed in our site project (Kalimantan Area)
- Willing to do project-based work (contract period apply)
