1. POSITION  : INSTRUMENT ENGINEER (3 POSITION)

Department/Project : Offshore Engineering (INSTRUMENT)/TEP ONSHORE

Education  : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Temporary / Contract (3 months)

Work location   : Papua

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

  • Familiar to INSTRUMENT ENGINEERING as ENGINEER
  • Work Experience on OIL & GAS ENGINEERING COMPANY
  • Work experience with I/O list, Caused Effect Matric, Control Narrative, ICSS Specification, Vendor follow-up, Telecom interface, Mechanical interface, Involved in the P&ID Review, 3D review, etc.
  • Able to work under supervise & instruction from PSL/HOD and work with other discipline as team.
  • [SK1004003] - Knowledge of Discipline engineering design criteria, methods and workflows from conceptual phase up to site engineering phase. Capability to define the technical documents set based on Project quantities and scope of work. Capability to perform and coordinate Project engineering documents production activities and to check and review design documents, prepared either internally or by Vendors.
  • [SK1004007] - Knowledge of main international Discipline standards, codes and regulations. Capability to analyze dedicated Project requirements in terms of local standards and codes and to identify proper implementation actions. When required by the role, ability to manage the resolution of Engineering Non-Conformity (NCR) at site supporting Construction and / or Fabrication activities effectively interfacing project Team, Client and Vendor.
  • [SK1004013] - Capability to define the Project general rules and guidelines for Discipline quantities estimation either on Bid Projects or on Projects in execution, according to Corporate design standards, procedures, methods and tools. Capability to control and ensure the correct application of the general rules and guidelines by all team members and all subcontractors involved in quantity definition activities.
  • [SK1005003] - Capability to estimate Discipline Work Orders and Bid Projects engineering man-hours budget based on the Project quantities and scope of work according to Corporate standards, procedures, methods and tools. Capability to estimate Discipline items costs budget based on Project quantities and technical requirements according to Corporate standards, procedures, methods and tools. Capability to monitor the relevant activity progress and the actual manhours spent vs the earned progress
  • [SK1005006] - Capability to analyse engineering documents (e.g. Instruction to Tender, Saipem and subcontractor documents, etc.) identifying improvement areas in terms of cost/time optimization.
  • [SK1005007] - Capability to monitor and control the engineering progress and schedule Contribute to Project reporting for the relevant engineering part.
  • [SK1005008] - Capability to handle subcontracted engineering work packages defining the scope of work, the milestones and documentation deliverables. Capability to control the quality, the costs and the timing of the subcontracted activities ensuring the compliance with project scheduling and goals and with contract requirements.
  • [SK1005009] - Capability to perform technical evaluation of vendor bids with reference to Discipline items, bulk material and subcontracted work packages, according to Corporate standards and procedures.
  • [SK1005010] - Capability to prepare and coordinate the preparation of Discipline technical proposal documents for Bid Projects according to Tender contractual requirements.
  • [SK1005011] - Capability to keep under control the budget of the Vendors site assistance and manage the vendors at site.
  • [SK1006001] - Knowledge of tools related to 2D and 3D modelling activities.
  • [SK1006003] - User level knowledge of Corporate and Operating Center Discipline technical design software tools. User level knowledge of Corporate and Operating Center IT tools supporting business processes such as electronic document system management, procurement and office automation applications.
  • [SK1006006] - Capability to design and coordinate P&IDs for related systems. Full knowledge of Discipline workflow and of Discipline mechanization procedures and criteria. Full knowledge of Discipline P&IDs mechanization battery limits.
  • [SK1007001] - Capability to define technical requirements for Discipline equipment and materials workshop testing according to Corporate standards, procedures, methods and tools.
  • [SK1007002] - Capability to define technical requirements for Discipline equipment and materials workshop testing according to Corporate standards, procedures, methods and tools.
  • [SK1303005] - Knowledge of the main risks during the operation activities and safe working and environmental protection procedures/practices & rules to be applied. Knowledge of adequate Personal Protective Equipment - purpose, use and maintenance Knowledge and the correct use of Permit to Work system.
  • [SK2701014] - Knowledge of supply chain process (engineering, purchasing, production and fabrications, assembling, packing, transportation, clearing through customs, preservation and installation). Ability to focus on Project objectives and Purchase Order requirements in terms of performance, quantities and quality characteristics, time schedule and cost (expediting, quality control during manufacturing stages, shipping and customs activities of purchased goods). Ability to planning, coordinating, executing, monitoring and improving post order process for goods.

2. POSITION  : ELECTRICAL FIELD ENGINEER (3 POSITION)

Department/Project : Offshore Engineering (ELECTRICAL)/TEP ONSHORE

Education  : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Temporary / Contract (3 months)

Work location   : Papua

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

  • Familiar to ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING as ENGINEER
  • Knowledge of Electrical system design, configuration, code and standard, calculations
  • Knowledge of Electrical equipment and bulk materials

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • TAG Validation - Screening and Check Sheets in WINPCS
  • Perform Project technical tasks assigned by the Electrical Discipline Lead consisting in design, checking, validation, testing and engineering Electrical Systems
  • Interface and coordinate with the other Project Team Specialists and Designers
  • Coordinate technical activities performed either by insourcing either by outsourcing

The Engineer executes the activities within own area of responsibility, ensuring the compliance with the QA/QC and HSE requirements

3. POSITION  : QC Inspector (Electrical & Instrumentation)

Department/Project : Offshore Engineering TEP ONSHORE

Education  : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 8 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Temporary / Contract (12 Months

Work Location  : Papua

Requirement:

Minimal education Diploma from related Technical Academy

Min. 10 years' experience

Required for Complex certificate

Mission

Ensure the supervision of electrical / instrumentation inspection activities and verify Quality Control Plans implementation.

Tasks:

Check Quality Control Plans with reference to electrical / instrumentation activities

Check the availability and adequacy of consumables and equipment / instrumentation used for electrical / instrumentation execution and control

Verify that material and equipment are correctly received, stored, preserved, calibrated, handled, identified and traceable

Support and check the evaluation of the qualification of inspection personnel in charge of works, verify work procedures, including those relating to special processes

Support the definition of QC Information System rules

Supervise and witness inspections, check reports and documentation issued by inspectors and verify the collection of required Quality Records

Verify that tests, controls and inspections are carried out according to Quality Control Plans / Inspection Test Plans, checking the collection of relevant documentation also for the mechanical completion approval, and that personnel have access to all required project documentation

In case of subcontracted activities, verify the correct implementation of approved Quality Control Plans / Inspection Test Plans, witnessing inspections and collecting relevant Quality Control Records

Verify the collection and management of documents certifying test, controls and inspections, checking that all records are properly retrievable within the final As-Built dossier

Verify the preparation of the Quality works dossier for final handover to the Document Controller

Verify that the NCR management process is in place and effective

 

4. POSITION  : HSE MARINE SUPERINTENDENT

Department/Project : Offshore Engineering TEP ONSHORE

Education  : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 8 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Temporary / Contract (6-12 Months)

Work Location  : Papua

Requirement:

  • Minimal bachelor's degree from reputable university
  • Minimal 10-year experiences and preferable having on Jetty experience
  • Excellent communication in English
  • Willing to work at site
  • Teamwork capability and construction management supervision
  • Understanding and perform as per construction schedule
  • Candidate should have experience in Commissioning (oil/gas) construction
  • Candidate should have experience in troubleshooting instrumentation

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Assist the Project engineering and management teams in the Risk Management process (I.e. HAZOP, HAZID, Hazard and Effect Management Process, Risk Assessment, etc.)
  • Plan, define and supervise safety procedures at project and construction level
  • Update and spread safety rules both at the organization and employees' level
  • Conduct internal safety audits
  • Ensure that knowledge of authorization regulations and process for the safety of the plants and sites is update and disseminated
  • Participate in pre-construction survey, identify safety criticalities and design mitigation measures
  • Take part in accident / incident investigation
  • Participate in HSE Risk Management and Occupational Safety Risk Assessment.
