Keselamatan Operasi & Chief ERT (Emergency Response Team) Superintendent

(SITE MEULABOH)

Responsibilities :

1. Arrange weekly and monthly work plans for subordinate and make sure work is in accordance with work plan.
2. Monitor and review all operational safety functions, internal training and emergency potentions to ensure that the entire system operates according to emergency management requirements.
3. Ensure that operation safety management program, internal trainings and emergency control are carried out properly by internal department and all contractors according to applicable standards and procedures.
4. Maintain communication and coordination with stakeholders regarding issues and programs for handling and preventing emergencies both internally and externally
5. Carry out and provide K3LH training to all employees, good mining practice operations soft skills, and rescue training.
6. Establish, lead and control an Emergency Response Team in related areas to prevent & handle emergencies situation base on classification and procedures. Also make sure readiness of all supporting facilities and infrastructure.
7. Planning and evaluating system management and standardization of mining facilities, infrastructure and mining equipment to support the feasibility of operations.
8. 8. Implement K3LH (Safety, Occupational Health and Environment) / SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) policies and programs in accordance with SHE Accountability including environmental supervision and control functions, applies 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) principle.
9. 9. Carry out and support the implementation of the Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Pertambangan (SMKP) in the Company.

Requirements :

1. Male with a maximum age of 40 years
2. Minimum Bachelor's degree majoring in K3 / Engineer
3. 3 years experience as a Safety Superintendent and 3 years experience as a Chief ERT in Mining, Oil or Gas Company
4. Certification in POP & SMKP
5. Certification in AK3 Umum / K3 Pertambangan
6. Competence in Emergency Management & Training of Trainer
7. Madya competency (Based on Classification): Water Rescue, High Angle Rescue, Confined Space Rescue, First Aid Rescue, Motor Vehicle ACC Rescue, Fire Fighting, Jungle Rescue, Collapse Structure
