HR Business Partner/ Generalist Manager

Currently one of our clients is looking for

HR Business Partner/ Generalist Manager.

Location: Karawang
Line of business: Manufacture for automotive parts, metals

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related business field.
• More than 8 years of proven work experience as HR Generalist/HR Business Partner in Manufacture Industry, at least 5 years in Managerial level.
• Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
• Have experience to handle Labour Union
• Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
• Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English .
• Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
• Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
• Willing to be placed at Karawang
