MINE OPERATION SUPERINTENDENT

BERAU Site

Requirements :

1. Approximately 15 to 20 years experience in mine operation supervision, preferably from Heavy Equipment’s operator background that moved up to the rank as Mine Superintendent/Senior Mine Supervisor.
2. POP Certifications is a must, POM Certification is beneficial.
3. Contractor management experience in large open pit mining activities and ancillary activities including dam construction earthworks and road maintenance activities.
4. Experience in the management of geotechnical and dewatering aspects of open pit mining.
5. Project management and planning experience preferable but not essential.
6. Able to demonstrate the awareness on corporate safety & environment.
7. Able to demonstrate an open and honest communication to all workforce team and business partners.

MINE OPERATION SUPERVISOR

BERAU Site

Requirements :

• Preferably Diploma or Bachelor degree from Mining Engineering. High School accepted with 12 years of experience in related field.
• Has work experience min 3 years as supervisor in mining industry.
• Has POP (Pengawas Operational Pratama) certification.
• Able to work with deadlines.
• Good communicator and thorough at work.
• Understand mining process and HSE procedure used in mining area.
•  Familiar with heavy equipment used in mining area.
• Able to read mine design and operating units (KIMPER).
• Willing to be placed at all company site.
