Lowongan Kerja PT Panca Amara Utama ("PAU") 2020

PT Panca Amara Utama ("PAU") is a 700,000 MT per year ammonia initiative. Ammonia is a chemical compound used in the manufacture of fertilizer, explosives, acids and other petrochemical products. This USD 830 million project is built near Luwuk, Central Sulawesi. One of the biggest industrial project in Eastern Indonesia, PAU initiative supports the government's directive to increase domestic value addition within the country.

PT PAU's ammonia plant runs on KBR's Reforming Exchanger System & Purifier Technology, the leading technology in Ammonia production. This represents its first application in the world, which puts Indonesia at the forefront of Ammonia production worldwide.

Construction began in June 2015 and the plant began commercial operations in September 2018.

1. HSE Manager (Code: HSE-MGR)

Qualifications:

• Male with maximum age 48 years old
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in Ammonia Plant, Petrochemical, and/or Oil & Gas companies in HSE Department
• Preferably have experience in commissioning and start up plant
• Fluent in English
• Placement in Site Plant at Luwuk, Central Sulawesi with roster work system

 

2. Instrument Engineer (Code: INS-ENG)

Qualifications:

• Male with age between 28 - 38 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in Physics / Physics Engineering / Instrument / Electrical Engineer
• Minimum 7 years of working experience in Ammonia plant / fertilizer / Oil & Gas companies as Instrument Engineer in operation stage
• Experienced in preventive, maintenance, and trouble shooting
• Fluent in English
• Placement in Luwuk, Central Sulawesi with roster work system

 

3. Shift Superintendent (Code: SHIFT-SPT)

Qualifications:

• Male with age maximum 48 years old
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in production area of Ammonia plant, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Fertilizer. Preferably have experience as Shift Superintendent
• Have good technical understanding of Ammonia process
• Familiar with KBR Technology
• Fluent in English
• Placement in Site Plant at Luwuk, Central Sulawesi with roster work system

 

4. DCS Operator Ammonia

Qualifications:

• Male, age around 3045 years old
• Have working experience minimum 8 years in Ammonia plant
• SMK/Diploma/Bachelor degree from any technical/engineering field
• Has good technical understanding of Ammonia process & familiar with KBR technology
• Have experiences in Field Operator and operate DCS Ammonia (Front End, Middle End, Back End) for startup, production and troubleshooting
• Understand reformer, KRES, HTS, LTS, Compressor, Co2 Removal, Steam System, Chemical Injection, Cooling Water System, Synloop, Ammonia Storage Tank, Ammonia Transfer, BOG Compressor & Flare Stack
• Fluent in English
• Placement in Site Plant at Luwuk, Central Sulawesi with roster work system

 

5. DCS Operator Utility

Qualifications:

• Male, age around 3045 years old
• Have working experience minimum 8 years in Ammonia plant / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas / Power Plant
• SMK/Diploma/Bachelor degree from any technical/engineering field
• Has good technical understanding of Ammonia process & familiar with KBR technology
• Understand Power, Steam Generator, Flare System, SWI, WTP, WWT, Ammonia Storage & Transfer, Fire Water System
• Fluent in English
• Placement in Site Plant at Luwuk, Central Sulawesi with roster work system

 

6. Field Operator Utility

Qualifications:

• Male, age around 2535 years old
• Have working experience minimum 5 years in Ammonia plant / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas / Power Plant in Production area
• SMK/Diploma/Bachelor degree from any technical/engineering field
• Good technical understanding in Ammonia process
• Familiar with KBR technology
• Experience with STG, GEG, EDG, DFEG, Diesel Oil System, Package Boiler, GMS, CCW System, Fire Water System, Nitrogen Generator, SWI, Desal, MBP, WWT.
• Fluent in English
• Placement in Site Plant at Luwuk, Central Sulawesi with roster work system

 

7. Reliability & Inspection Engineer (Code: RI-ENG)

Qualifications:

• Maximum age 38 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of working experience with a focus in reliability and inspection in Ammonia plant or Petrochemical facilities
• Involved in the engineering, fabrication, quality control (inspection, examination and testing) of pressure vessel, tank, heat exchanger, piping and steel structure
• Familiar with Code & Standard for design, fabrication, and construction for pressure vessel, heat exchanger, tank, piping and pipeline
• Familiar with Reliabilitycentered maintenance implementation
• Strong understanding in Reliability and Inspection activities
• Fluent in English
• Placement in Site Plant Luwuk, Sulawesi Tengah with roster work system

 

8. Training Lead (Code: TRN-LEAD)

Qualification:

• Male, with age maximum 45 years old
• Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering, or any Engineering field
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in Ammonia plant and/or Petrochemical Plant in production/process section. Preferably have working experience as Supervisor/Superintendent and above
• Have Training undertaken: Operation Principal of Ammonia Plant, basic process of Ammonia plant, basic knowledge of industrial equipment in Ammonia Plant, Ammonia process, etc.
• Strong leadership
• Fluent in English
• Placement in Site Plant Luwuk, Sulawesi Tengah with roster work system

 

9. Electrical Lead (Code: ELEC-LEAD)

Qualifications:

• Male with maximum age 50 years old
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from grade A university
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in Ammonia Plant, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas company, in Electrical Department with last position as Lead / Assistant Manager
• Expert in working with KBR technology
• Strong leadership
• Fluent in English
• Placement in Site Plant Luwuk, Sulawesi Tengah with roster work system

 

10. Commercial Officer (Code: COMR-OFF)

Qualifications:

• Male/Female with age between 25 - 32 years old
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from grade A university, or Magister Management from grade A university
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, EPC Contractors.
• Experience in material management, commercial, sales and marketing, and logistics
• Have knowledge in manufacturing or production, production planning inventory control, sales and marketing, business administration, preferably from Ammonia plant background
• Able to coordinate with external: gas supplier and oftaker
• Placement in Head Office at Kuningan, South Jakarta
