Senior Business Analyst & Cost Control/ Reporting - Wetar Copper Mining

PT Batutua Tembaga Raya and PT Batutua Kharisma Permai jointly operate the Wetar Copper Mining in Southwest Maluku as subsidiary of Merdeka Copper Gold group. The Wetar copper Mining is an open pit mine that produces cathode copper LME grade from heap teaching followed by Solvent Extraction and Electrowinning processing. To strengthen the existing management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the company is seeking suitable candidates to fill the position of:

 

Senior Business Analyst & Cost Control/ Reporting

This position will be based at the Wetar Copper Mining site and reports directly to Superintendent - Project Cost Control.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and Key Responsibilities:

Formal Education :

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Accounting, & Management

Work Experience :

• At least have minimum 4 years in Commercial / Cost Control/ Contract Management Roles.

Technical Skilt Required :

• Mastering the concept of Cost Control and Financial Reporting.
• Mastering ERP systems.
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proficient English.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Superintendent - Project Cost Control to develop and manage the Cost Control functions and reporting for the project
• Provide analytical support to the Superintendent — Project Cost Control
• Effectively manage all aspects of day to day and monthly financial project requirements
• Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment

Certifications :

• Appropriate Certification in Commercial, Cost Control & Finance

General Requirements :

• Ready to work at remote area with specified work roster.
• Good team work and communication skills
